Hôtel assez bien placé. Personnel accueillant, professionnel. Hôtel qui a besoin d'être rénové, surtout les chambres : moquette au sol, peinture, meubles.... Petit-déjeuner correct. Cepzndant salle du petit-déjeuner trop petite, mal agencée, une machine à café, pas suffisant surtout avec groupes! Tout est régroupé dans un petit renfoncement, pas assez de place. Pendant mon séjour, ma chambre a été faite à moitié, lit pas fait. Pas très professionnel et inacceptable! Surtout avec les tarifs proposés. dernière nuitée à plus de 100 euros.

Absolutely awful Hotel. We have stayed in many Accor hotels through France, including Ibis styles. This was the worst by far. Old tired, dirty room. Aircon did not work, no ability to open to window - the handle had been removed. Shockingly poor and out dated bathroom and terrible shower. We did complain ( our first ever hotel complaint in 30 years!) to Maria, who gave us free parking. Not central and in a poor part of town. We felt very vunerable trying to find somewhere to eat. The area is very rough and not nice e at all. We will never visit Tour again. Even the old nicer part of town ( which we had to get in the car to get to) wasn’t very nice.

Albergo dal servizio pessimo, sconsigliato. Camere non pronte per il check in all'arrivo alle 15. Personale scortese all'arrivo in particolare la Sig.ra Jeanne. Mai successo in un hotel che si definisca tale, ma per il personale sembra normale evidentemente il disservizio è il loro standard. Super sconsigliato

Bon, que dire... J'ai mis moyen mais j'ai beaucoup hésité avec médiocre. L'hôtel est plutôt bien placé avec possibilité de se garer au parking de celui ci. La chambre, sans charme particulier, était assez grande et fonctionnel. Le petit déjeuner "Ibis" mais avec des viennoiseries pas top. Pour l'accueil, à l'arrivée, c'était long et pas d'une efficacité de dingue... Au départ, on attend toujours le sourire et qu'on réponde à notre "Au revoir"...

C’est un très bon choix pour un court séjour. L’accueil est excellent, le service petit déjeuner également (les personne qui nous accueillent sont sympathiques et très pro). Bravo ! La chambre est propre, confortable, bien aménagée et bien insonorisée. La literie est confortable et de qualité. Nous avons eu une chambre moderne. Le quartier reste bruyant et nous a un peu empêché de dormir malgré la chambre au 6e étage mais…en fermant la fenêtre c’est nettement mieux… Je trouve dommage qu’à ce prix le parking ne soit pas compris. C’est un léger bémol. Et qu’à 10h30 le réassort petit déjeuner ne soit plus assuré (même si je comprends parfaitement que c’est mieux pour éviter le gaspillage). C’est très bien desservi pour visiter Tours même si ce n’est pas le meilleur quartier, je conseille sans problème.

La proximité des transports en commun et l'amabilité du personnel ne font pas tout et surtout pas une bonne notation. Hôtel qui nécessite une rénovation, les moquettes sont usées, dépassées, hors d'âge, Le mobilier de chambre, idem... Les baignoires sont tachées et fuient, Pas de brosse pour nettoyer les toilettes, ce qui est inconcevable en 2024, c'est soi-disant selon le personnel les règles COVID ! En bref, tout est dans le titre malheureusement c'est une zone touristique donc l'hôtel est rempli !

The hotel was easy to find, Sebastian gave us very friendly and helpful reception and we had a choice of two hotel car parks, 10 Euro; I chose the open air one as it is easier to enter. We like Ibis Styles hotels, this our 4th within a few months, as they offer good quality accommodation at a reasonable price, without any frills but with everything we need. This one seemed to be somewhat older than the others we have experienced and felt a little 'tired' and in need of some 'tlc'. It is not in a very good area and we were grateful for the hotel car park. To find somewhere to eat, other than fast food and fried chicken places, we had a brisk 20 minute walk towards the Hotel de Ville. Breakfast was fine but, as there were very few guests, there were no cooked dishes; there was an egg boiler. The staff were all pleasant and friendly but I don't think that we would stay again.
