Albergo al di sotto dello standard 3 stelle
L’albergo è situato in una zona depressa della città. Fuori dal centro. Il personale è gentile e molto disponibile. La pulizia lascia a desiderare in quanto la stanza non è mai stata spazzata in una settimana. La colazione è buona per il prezzo. L’aria condizionata non ha funzionato per la maggior parte del soggiorno. In conclusione un’esperienza al di sotto dello standard Ibis.

Insgesamt ungepflegte Anlage. Wirkt alles wie selbst renoviert. Zur Straßenseite hin laut. Im Bad hat der Duschabfluss nicht funktioniert, das war eklig.

Bon sejour globalement
Bon sejour, hotel calme, chambre rénovée.
Mais très mauvaise odeur de desodorisant ou autre produit chimique dans l'entrée et encore pire dans la cage d'escalier. Heureusement l'odeur ne portait pas jusque dans la chambre !

Hotel strategico per visitare i castelli della Loira. Fuori dal centro, in posizione tranquilla. Un ottimo tre stelle. Camera spaziosa, letto comodo, migliorerei l'illuminazione. Buona la colazione e anche il servizio cena. Peccato per il disguido circa la mezza pensione. Quando prenotate, assicuratevi che quel giorno il ristorante sia effettivamente aperto, perché dal sistema non risulta. Noi abbiamo pagato per due cene, ma di fatto abbiamo potuto usufruire solo di un pasto. Disguido risolto il giorno dopo, quando la direttrice ci ha regalato la bottiglia di vino che avevamo consumato. Comunque c'è bisogno di più accortezza, se un ospite prenota un servizio, quel servizio va rispettato!!!

De passage à Tours, nous y avons séjourné 2 nuits. Presque rien à dire pour le prix proposé. Les lieux sont exigus mais la chambre offrait le nécessaire avec une literie confortable, des espaces de rangement, une salle de bains fonctionnelle, le tout bien propre et un grand écran plat qui nous a bien servi vu la météo exécrable ! Le personnel aimable et prêt à donner plein de conseils pour la visite de la ville et de ses alentours. Un petit-déjeuner tout à fait honorable. Possibilité de rejoindre le centre ville à pied. Stationnement de notre véhicule gratuit en bordure de l'hôtel. Présence d'un petit supermarché à quelques dizaines de mètres. Petit bémol : coussins un peu trop gros pour nous
