Hello, I booked a room at the Hotel L'Univers for Valentine's Day. I came with my wife and then we made a reservation at the restaurant for a special Valentine's Day menu. We were asked to arrive before 9:30 p.m., which we did to get the menu that was intended for us, except that we arrived well before to be sure of having the special Valentine's Day menu. We arrived at 8:45 p.m. and we were told that it was too late and that there was no longer enough for everyone, so I am very disappointed. I express my disappointment. I say that I made the reservation a week in advance and that I was promised that we were entitled to a special Valentine's Day menu. After expressing our dissatisfaction several times, we were offered to make the menu that had been agreed but with a limited quantity. It is really a shame for such an establishment because the place is magnificent. The hotel with swimming pool, jacuzzi and hammam is wonderful but the catering is not up to the author of the establishment. Very disappointed. We reported the incident to the reception on the day of our departure and we were deducted €40 from the price of the special Valentine's Day menu but we would have preferred to pay the agreed price and be served correctly as agreed so it's a shame for such an establishment

Retour à l univers, équipe toujours super sympa et attentive à mes préférences. Je suis arrivé un vendredi soir lors d’une soirée avec un concert classique dans le hall superbe. La chambre toujours propre et le petit dej très complet… Je recommande… Merci pour votre acceuil !

Un environnement bien décoré et apaisant. Un prestation spéciale d'accueil pas suffisamment à la hauteur de son prix. Quelques insuffisances à l'accueil, notamment la nuit.

Déception devant l'impossibilité d'avoir un room-service car pas assez de personnel pour accueillir un séminaire et assurer le service pourtant affiché dans les chambre comme disponible 24 h (en dehors des horaires de restaurant)

Hôtel bien situé, dans quartier vivant. Hall d’entrée grandiose, personnel, avenant et souriant. Nous n’avons pas pris le petit-déjeuner déjeuner. Le SPA est chouette, bien chaud, bien que peux être un peu petit en cas d’affluence. Les points négatifs, une caution de 100 euros par nuit est demandé à l’arrivé ( sur un séjour déjà payé), parking plein et assez cher (préfèrez le parking de la gare à 50 m ). Une fois le le hall passé, les couloir et les chambres perdent un peu de leur superbe, tout est propre, grand mais un peu impersonnel et fait Hôtel de chaîne.

Un hotel que supuestamente tienen 4 estrellas. No tienen servicio de lavandería. Los huevos del desayuno, fríos. Dos días al volver por la tarde, desde la mañana, la habitación seguía sin hacerse. Pelos en el baño de los clientes anteriores. Tampoco hay cepillo para la ropa, ni calzador, ni gorro de ducha. Para mis estándares, viajera experimentada, a este hotel le sobra una estrella.
