住這麼多酒店是最差的一家。完全對不起這個價，七百多的房間跟兩三百的差不多，裏面啥都沒有。大失所望，入住了又不能退，見到有評價以為應該不錯的

The room was excellent and very quiet. The hotel is very comfortable and reasonable in rates. It's right by the Vistula and very close to old town city center. You will be very pleased. Note, though, that like many European hotels the thermostats are centrally controlled and they don't like to you turn the air conditioning low.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great hotel. Great breakfast and restaurant. The hotel is located perfectly in a rather quiet but very beautiful part of Torun. Five minutes walk to the main square. Five minutes walk down to the river. Will definitely stay at the hotel again next time in Torun.

Miałam okazję organizować wyjazd firmowy, podczas którego zatrzymaliśmy się w Hotelu 1231 w Toruniu. Wszystko było perfekcyjnie dopracowane! Pokoje były nie tylko komfortowe, ale też bardzo gustownie urządzone, a przede wszystkim nieskazitelnie czyste. Organizacja wyjazdu przebiegła bezproblemowo, kontakt z Panią manager był na najwyższym poziomie, a personel hotelu był niezwykle pomocny i profesjonalny. Jedzenie zasługuje na szczególne wyróżnienie – zarówno śniadania, jak i inne posiłki były pyszne, różnorodne i starannie podane. Cała grupa była zachwycona pobytem. Zdecydowanie polecam Hotel 1231 na każdy zorganizowany wyjazd!

My husband and I stayed in the hotel while on holiday. We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel is just lovely and we would highly recommend it. It has comfortable, well equipped and stylish rooms and the staff are very helpful, polite and efficient. Breakfast is great with lots of choice of different meats, fish, salads, pastry, fruit, yogurts and hot dishes. Also, the hotel has very convenient location, opposite the ruins of Teutonic Knights castle and on the side of the pedestrianised historic centre, so we could walk everywhere. It has a lovely bar and we had a great Mohito and Espresso Martini there. One evening my husband needed an urgent medical attention. The receptionist acted very quickly and an ambulance arrived for him within minutes. He was checked up in the hospital and is fine now but we are very grateful for the quick assistance we received. Thank you for making our stay so good!

Well located hotel in Torun, good base for your tourist visit. I had a confusing reception, long wait because other guests were in front, and then I had to return back twice to reception because of the ticket system they have for internet. One ticket per device. I had requested room with a view to the castle, but the view was really poor, and the room was a bit dark. Noise from neighbors also found to be too loud in the late evening - early night.

Hotel położony w bardzo dobrej okolicy, blisko do centrum ale w spokojnej okolicy. Pokoje bardzo przestronne, łóżko wygodne, obsługa bardzo miła i kompetentna. Śniadania wystarczające. Jedyny minus to słabe wi-fi i platny parking hotelowy.
