The Heritage Inn

Possibly the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. This team went well-above and beyond anything Inciuld have dreamed of in ensuring that my friend and I had an excellent stay! In addition to the 5-star service, the location was convenient to everything, the view is STUNNING, gorgeous restaurant on site, pool is a salt water pool and the perfect temperature, rooms were nice and the beds were super comfortable. We spent a good amount of our time hanging out on our private patio, taking in the views, and drinking wine that we easily purchased from the restaurant. Best value I’ve had for my money in a long time. We discussed it, were never staying anywhere else in Tortola.

Tia accommodated our late check in and provided us with some much needed snacks and water as our flights were very delayed. The property is small and the restaurant wasn't open for breakfast or lunch which was disappointing. We were looking forward to the food after reading so many of the positive reviews. Seems the chef was out? The room itself was small but more than adequate place to lay your head before departing on a sailing adventure as we did.

Greatest view just about anywhere. Great service friendly staff. The only hold back from a 5 is the distance from the beaches. The Bananakeet restaurant is too good. A highly recommended dining experience . Was good value for the price. Triadviser needs a few words to get past thier 200 minimum

After 10 days of skippering a catamaran, we needed rest and I'm so thankful we booked The Heritage Inn ahead of our trip for 2 nights before heading home. Don't expect luxury - the ac is only in the bedroom and they are trying to conserve water. The ac worked well, however, the bathroom was very updated, there was a full kitchen and the view was spectacular! We ate at the restaurant - Bananakeet - and had a truly delicious ribeye. "Spice," the chef who lives o the property also provided us with a delicious omelet breakfast that he delivered to our room. It's very quiet - in fact, if you're not there to rest, read and recharge you might be a little restless. A very unique little bar called Stout's Lookout Bar was a short walk up a steep read incline. A 5 minute cab ride took us to Cane Garden Bay for a wonderful day of beach and meeting new folks, plus good food. Highly recommend The Heritage Inn!

Stayed for 4 nights. Customer service was polite and accommodating. Got a room service after two nights which was very nice. Apartment was very clean, and as showed on the pictures, the view out of the room is actually even more picturesque (and photogenic) than showed. Yes, one can tell some of the equipment in the apartment is used for some time; however, everything was functional without any problems. The kitchen contained all the basics one needed for some light cooking. The office closes at 3pm so to arrange a check-in I would suggest calling a couple days in advance especially if arriving on the weekend or late in the afternoon. I didn't know that and had a little hard time getting ahold of someone to give us the keys when we arrived in the late afternoon on Sunday. The location is good as well, the must-see beaches are about 15min drive, the same for grocery stores, and restaurants. Oh, almost forgot about the restaurant that is adjacent to the inn - the food is delicious although little pricey. Overall, I would recommend staying if travelling on budget.

Beautiful Views!

This property definitely falls in the budget category. It's a mix of.... old and not very old as it relates to the decor. The microwave and mini fridge and the kitchen in general were dated. The bathroom not so much. It was clean and cozy. The AC worked great. The wifi in room #8, not great at all unless U was outside on the porch. The view is AMAZING and makes the rest of the nuances more than tolerable..... as does the affordability of the room. The onsite restaurant was fabulous and overlooks the ocean. The food was great. Service was great. All in all, I recommend this accommodation. It's a little better than budget because of the view and restaurant. Definitely 4 stars outta 5.

This spot has fabulous views of the sunsets and a wonderful restaurant for dinner. The apartments need some updating but beds were comfortable and staff was helpful. I would rate it a 3 star property
