Tuvimos una estancia de 3 días Excelente nos encanto el hotel. Su personal muy humano le damos un 10 , La comida estupenda le damos un 10, Las instalaciones también un 10. Y la limpieza un 10 , etc La estancia fue de Familiares y amigos con un total de 23 Personas.....

Nice room and very comfy bed. The maid Julia was very good and she left chocolates after cleaning. TV had only 2 channels in English both news reports. Had balcony overlooking pool but very noisy. It was Octoberfest and a fun fair was erected next door which added to the noise. The evening meal was good but the dining room could do with some noise abatement, perhaps a separate room for people without children. Nice promenade with lots of places to stop for lunch. Out the front of hotel across the road there is a bazaar which sells everything you could think of and lots of things you didn't know you wanted.

Absolutely amazing stay We were a group of 7 in 5 rooms,I was in 265 which was a lovely garden room ..16th October to 23rd October We went for the 70th birthday of one of our group, they helped us organise a surprise cake ,decorated the table and all the staff came over and sang Happy Birthday, could not have been more helpful The whole hotel is spotless and rooms lovely , beds very comfortable Entertainment outstanding and drinks always served quickly, they remembered our drinks and how we like them ! Pool cold but October, we swam every day Food was excellent with lots of choice ( we have fussy eaters ), constantly filled up I would highly recommend this hotel Thank you so much to all the amazing staff and for giving us such a wonderful holiday We will have special memories

Just spent a week in this fabulous hotel! Everything was wonderful from Fran at the check in to the restaurante and entertainment staff, all of you do an amazing job. We enjoyed all of the food options (we chose dinner bed & brekfast) plenty of choice and it didn't feel repetitive at all. Our room was wonderful, having picked it myself from the website when booking it was everything that I hoped for. Sun all day on the large terrace with beautiful sea views. We loved it so much we have booked to go back in August. Thank you Iberostar Malaga we can't wait to return!

Firstly food was good , entertainment was good, but that is about it ! The rooms were clean but beds uncomfortable, the pool area was dirty , the sunbeds were filthy and very tatty never cleaned properly only noticed the pool being cleaned once 10 days and this was only after we complained to management. Bar staff were never happy , cocktails were rubbish, there was a real lack of bars , so if you had breakfast and wanted a coffee about 10 there was nowhere to go ! Only 2 outside bars and earliest they opened was 10.30 The staff need some customer service training as they don't seem to give a damn , in general I don't think that hotels in Spain dont get the customer service thing , we normally go to Greece. So won't bother with Spain again

An amazing hotel, that has everything. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, must thank the reception staff who got us a room upgrade,a first for us. Room with a pool view which was huge and very comfy and clean Food is very good, lucky lots of choice for a fussy eater like me and a new menu each night. There are things going on in the day if you want to join in and the kids pool look like it would be fun. This was our second time and hopefully not the last.

Tolles Hotel direkt an der Strandpromenade. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück und Abendessen ist von guter Qualität, abwechslungsreich und sehr gut gekocht. Unsere Tochter hat die Aktivitäten des Miniclubs sehr genossen. Vielen herzlichen Dank dem gesamten Iberostar Team für den schönen Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder…
