We had a garden suite, with a terrace overlooking rhe vineyards. The suite was very large and quite comfortable, beautiful design throughout the room and the entire hotel.
The outdoor pool was long and gorgeous, but not heated and therefore not usable in mid November with high temperatues in the upper 50s F.
My biggest disappointment was there was no fitness center, so nowhere to exercise. Walking along the narrow, winding mountain road was the only option, great for spectacular scenery, just be sure to watch for the occasional passing vehicle.
We thought then about a massage, the hotel had a beautiful spa, but the massage therapist didn't work on Monday, our only full day at the resort.
The restaurant served exquisite creations, artistic and flavorful. Prices very expensive and proportions very small. Even the wine by the glass pours were unusually stingy, which seemed odd considering the hotel is located in the middle of the wine growing region of Catalonia.
The restaurant staff were friendly and knowledgable about the food and wines of the area.
Maybe our expectations were too high because of the Travel & Leisure ranking of #1 resort in Europe and #6 in the world,(really??), or maybe it was that we visited during the off season, or from Sun - Tues or the resort is still too new, but the experience fell short of our expectations.
Suggestions: install a fitness center, offer spa service 7 days/wk and offer complemetary wine tastings to promote wines of the region.

The facility is top notch and a good spot to explore the Priorat wine Region. The staff is very friendly and outgoing. The disappointment came from the restaurant undergoing a seasonal change of menu during our stay. The already limited choices were reduced further due to the availability of certain ingredients. Despite the many accolades and premature praises for the chef we found the dishes uninspired except for the lobster salad. All dishes arrived at our table lukewarm and the paella was borderline edible because of its high salt content. All in all dining was not an experience worthy of such a great hotel.

¡Qué verdadera maravilla de rincón en el Priorat! Fuimos en lo que debía ser una comida de celebración familiar; y se convirtió en una auténtica experiencia gastronómica y un maravilloso día. El lugar es inmejorable, en pleno corazón del Priorat y rodeado de un viñedo infinito, escondido de las prisas entre la calma y la quietud de la naturaleza. El restaurante Vinum es una soberbia experiencia: de la mano del gran chef Josep Queralt, sus platos, de temporada y proximidad, exquisitos y de excelente presentación, satisfacen a los paladares más exigentes (¡y los estómagos más al rojo vivo!) . También merece especial mención el extraordinario trato que recibimos por parte de todo el personal del Hotel: incluso nos acompañaron en una visita guiada para descubrir todas sus instalaciones. Sin duda, mucho, muy recomendable. Agradecidos con toda su familia. ¡Volveremos!

This is the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed at. We chose it because it is close to Perinet winery (also wonderful) and were blown away by the beauty. The restaurant was top notch. Our room included breakfast and it was spectacular. If I had known what a lovely retreat this was, we would have not left the property.

A hidden gem! The facilities are wonderful and the service and attentiveness of the staff is outstanding. Our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer and explore the local wineries and olive oil groves. We will do the next time we go back - and we will go back!

Hôtel extraordinaire, chambres magnifique, accueil parfait, lieu d'exception, cependant qualité du repas en dessous de tout : aucune saveur, une carte ou on vous dit que sur trois entrées, deux ne sont pas disponibles; brefs avis mitigé. Nous étions en même temps qu'un couple plus âgé, habitué des Relais et Châteaux et l'avis était exactement le même, indiquant remonter leurs déceptions auprès de Paris.

El hotel Mas d'En Bruno es sin duda de los mejores hoteles donde he estado: chic, elegante, tranquilo, perfecto para slow travel Su spa es único, con elementos arqueológicos, además de su piscina interior y exterior, lo convierten en perfecto para el descanso. La gastronomía es deliciosa, me encantó todo. El desayuno es buffet servido y a la carta. Las camas son comodísimas. Realmente es fabuloso, prácticamente no tengo peros. Para volver una y otra vez

A fabulous 3 night stay to explore the wine region. The aim was to enjoy the hotel’s facilities in full. The restaurant Vivium food was exceptional. We enjoyed a beautifully balanced tasting menu. We have had M* meals that were not as stunning as the menus served here. The stunning wines were served by the sommelier who enjoyed putting together pairing for us. The serving staff were incredibly hard working and attentive. If we had any constructive comments we would say that there was a distinct lack of management around the hotel which, at times,meant that staff were being asked to take on this role. For example we often had to wait some time to find staff to serve a drink. Had there been managerial presence staff would have been made available. The pool area is faultless with more than enough space for everyone to enjoy privacy and quiet relaxation. The pool could be heated at this time of year. Disappointed that the curtesy of drinking water is not available. Wifi was faultless. Our room was so well presented. No disposable cotton wool, cotton buds, shower caps etc were supplied which should be an expectation is the rating of hotel. One last comment which is intended as helpful… we were not shown the facilities in full and there was no mention of the spa. We hope you will take our comments in the spirit of positive observations from a guest perspective.

Un hotel 5 estrellas de verdad. Desde que llegamos( cargador de coche electrico gratuito) empezamos bien. Atención extraordinaria de todo el personal que hacen que la estancia sea aun mejor. Nos hemos ido encantados con el trato de todo el personal por todas las atenciones. La piscina y el restaurante de la piscina es una maravilla, para no hablar de la fantastica bodega. El spa es una maravilla. Las habitaciones son una preciosidad. Comodas, amplias, modernas y confortables. La restauración es otro de los puntos fuertes. No esperas encontrar esa maravilla de menus. Las manos del chef son de calidad y eso se nota en todos los platosque estan elaborados al maximo nivel. No tengo ninguna duda que pronto tendran menciones gastronomicas de alto nivel. El único punto negativo que lo pongo a este maravillos complejo, es el precio se las botellas de vino. Se trata de un hotel situado en el Priorat y el vino es un punto importante y la gran mayoria de visitantes entendidos, y amantes del vino. Entiendo que el publico mayoritario que tienen es extranjero,acostumbrados a pagar precios altos por los vinos. Pero no tiene ningun sentido tener los vinos a doble de precio que restaurantes de calidad de la zona. Por todo lo demás una autentica maravilla y con ganas de volver
