"As a wheelchair user, the hotel offered me a 'semi-adapted' room. There's no such thing; a room is either fully accessible or it isn't. The door opened inwards, making it difficult to maneuver my wheelchair. My chair couldn't even fit between the wall and the toilet to reach the shower, and even if it could, the shower stall would completely block the passage. It felt like they didn't want me to shower at all 😖 Their excuse was that I hadn't specified in my booking notes that I am a wheelchair user. Okay, I admit that. I've been using a wheelchair for over 20 years, and for me, it's just a necessary accessory, so it's normal for me to sometimes forget to explicitly mention it. In the end, they consistently tried to shirk responsibility for their failure to comply with Inclusion Law 13.146/2015, which stipulates that at least 10% of their rooms should be accessible for people with disabilities or reduced mobility."

"The stay was wonderful. The hotel really needs renovations, but it didn't fall short in what we needed: comfortable bed, clean and fragrant linens, hot shower, air conditioning. The TV isn't a smart TV, but we brought a Firestick TV which made it smart, so everything was fine. The heated pool was at a very pleasant temperature for the rainy and cold days we experienced. All the staff greeted us and served us with great politeness and helpfulness. The breakfast was sensational, many options to choose from, very varied, impressive!"
