(English below) Extremamente decepcionado. Hotel Zafra canceló nuestra reservacion una semana antes del eclipse, dejandonos con vuelos llegando y saliendo de Torreon, pero sin ningúna opcion de encontar hospedaje tan cerca al evento-cada habitacion y vuelo dentro de cientos de kilómetros del camino del eclipse está reservada. Cambiando el vuelo internacional al ultimo momento cuesta mas de mil dolares. Nos dejaron en una situacion terrible. Sabemos la verdad: cambiaron nuestra reservacion temprana para estafar a otros clientes con ofertas muy caras al ultimo momento. En cualquier otra situacion esto habria sido una pequeña inconveniencia, pero en esta situacion, arruinaron nuestra experiencia en Torreon, costandonos un dineral y manchando la reputación de Torreon. Deberian ser denunciados y castigados por su tratamiento horrible a sus clientes. Extremely disappointed. They canceled our reservation a week before the eclipse, leaving us with flights in and out of Torreon, but no option to find accommodation so close to the event - every room and flight within hundreds of kilometers of the eclipse path is booked. Changing the international flight at the last minute costs more than a thousand dollars. They left us in a terrible situation. We know the truth: they changed our early reservation to scam other customers with very expensive offers at the last minute. In any other situation this would have been a minor inconvenience, but in this situation, they ruined our experience in Torreon, costing us a fortune and tarnishing Torreon's reputation. They should be reported and punished for their horrible treatment of their clients.

El hotel muy limpio, el personal muy atento. Solo que el cuarto olía raro, el minisplit ya era muy viejo y hasta cinta tenía en la pantalla del termostato y el baño no tiene ni ventana ni extractor (posiblemente por eso el cuarto olía extraño). Pero muy conveniente y económico. Me volvería a quedar ahí

No es un mal hotel, pero hay oportunidades de mejorar tanto en la limpieza como en los desayunos. La recámara olía a humedad y el desayuno es malo. De noche nos encontramos con el acceso cerrado, tuvimos que hacer sonar el teléfono para que nos abrieran.
