This hotel is a resort hotel, not a traditional four-star business hotel. There are many British holiday tour groups, and the beach is right outside your door. The room is large and has a separate living room. The services are quite satisfactory and not as bad as the legend says. The price is acceptable.

The hotel is very large and has a lot of guests they had entertainment on which was OK. The breakfast has a wide selection of food for all and was nice . Right on the beach front surrounded by lots of bars and resteraunts

Amazing is the word I would use to describe the entertainment team, specially Celia, for making our holiday memorable and keeping us entertained and encouraging anyone to do every activity, the hotel rooms are so well as they got them new. Everyone of the staff was so nice and helped us a lot. Don't worry about the reviews we stayed in Jr suite they are on the small side but are OK the meal are fine you fined something to eat the staff are friendly the entertainment team are brilliant the weather was OK abit windy . Not much do outside the hotel but you can do the lovely walk along the prom.

El hotel tiene una ubicación inmejorable, en primerísima linea de playa junto al paseo marítimo. La habitación Junio Suite es amplia, bonita y completamente reformada, por lo que es muy agradable. Las zonas comunes están bastante bien, salvo a la hora del espectáculo nocturno porque se queda muy pequeña y es muy difícil coger sitio. El comedor es bastante decente, aunque si te asignan el último turno o bien vas antes de la hora asignada o a los 20 minutos de entrar empiezan a quitar la comida. LO MALO DE ESTE HOTEL es que NO ESTA ADAPTADO PARA PERSONAS CON MOVILIDAD REDUCIDA O EN SILLA DE RUEDAS. Por ejemplo , una silla de ruedas estándar no entra por la puerta de los ascensores del edificio principal (adjunto fotos), teniendo que salir al exterior y tomar una rampa para subir a la planta donde se encuentra el restaurante / comedor, aunque este diluviando. UNA VEZ ARRIBA para poder acceder al edificio te encuentras con una puerta giratoria no-automática y dos puertas laterales que sólo se abren desde dentro, ES DECIR, la persona en silla de ruedas no puede ni subir ni entrar al edificio sin ayuda. Algo totalmente inaceptable.
