The room was heated and the price included breakfast and lunch. Snacks and drinks in the room were also free. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is not 15 euros per night as written in the comments. In fact, you can get a QR code strip at the front desk of the hotel and scan it for free. There is a Malaga outlet 6 kilometers away from the hotel. If you want to shop, you can go there.

Hotel is in a great location close to the beach and restaurants. It is close to shops for essential items and provisions.
Breakfast buffet 0730-1030 is very well managed and staff are regularly topping up food and cleaning tables, busiest time is after 0900.
Rooms are a little tired but are air conditioned and have a fridge, room safe and their own balcony.
One frustration is was the lack of sockets and the TV signal / choice of channels was poor.
