We stayed at this property from 23 to 30 July. The structure is dated and needs to be renovated. As soon as we arrived in the room we found a dead cockroach and 2 dirty socks in an inconspicuous corner. We also reported that the lock had been forced so that it was possible to open it even without a card but we were given the wrong key and the problem was not resolved. The quadruple room is still spacious, with 2 separate rooms. As far as the cuisine is concerned, it is definitely the best, varied and good! The animation is always present and never pressing. The director seems like a humble and always present person. In conclusion, very low quality-price ratio.

We stayed in September and therefore not in the middle of August. Well-maintained structure in the common areas (gardens and swimming pool), clean rooms and standard for a 3 star. The reception staff were friendly and professional, as was the night caretaker who opened the door for us at 4.30am to leave for home. Restaurant with a good 3-star culinary variety (we are not gluttons but we appreciated the cuisine and local specialties... the fish always present and well-presented starters) Secure outdoor parking. The Hotel is located a few kilometers from the coast (beach of the 2 sisters and stacks of S. Andrea) and is a good base for visiting Salento (Otranto - Lecce - Gallipoli). The weather was magnificent and therefore we appreciated the location even more. Unfortunately we realized that there is a lot of rubbish and neglect on the streets (why are we at the end of the season or because we are rude? poor Salento already quite tormented by Xilella which has torn apart its olive trees).

We returned to this facility for the second year in a row and it has now become a home for us! We had a great time with the entertainment, led by Franceschina, who is a spectacle. All fantastic, not at all intrusive, Chiara with her determination and sweetness attracts everyone into her activities. Thanks to Elisa who took care of my sweet Sofia, making her experience many happy and exciting moments. Francesca is a gem, her GOOD MORNING! I miss him. She entered our hearts together with Chiara♥️ I thank Monica at the always kind bar, Grazia who pampered us in cleaning and tidying up the rooms. Thanks to the super director, wonderful person! The food was excellent, especially the risottos which I particularly appreciated. Relaxing holiday and unique place to meet friends and have fun on the slides. Thanks to all the staff

A wonderful place where you leave your heart. We stayed with our twins from 27 to 3 September and we already miss them☺️ The village is well organized in its spaces and the rooms are very spacious and above all clean. But what must be recognized by those who work in this village is the attention towards the customer in satisfying all their needs. In the restaurant you will find Mario, the super precise and helpful room manager, attentive to every little detail and in preparing an always new and fresh menu together with all his collaborators. While in the swimming pool you will find Roberto the lifeguard, a kind and super helpful guy who puts effort into his work and you will always find the swimming pool clean and tidy. Then there are the entertainment guys who are super nice and who are not at all pressured as had happened to us in other villages. Unfortunately I don't know all the names of the staff at the cds hotel in torre dell'orso. but we really thank you from the bottom of our hearts, keep up the good work P.s. the structure is 1 km from the Torre dell'Orso beach and I heard some customers complaining about the fact that there were no shuttles to the beach or agreements with beaches but it is explicitly written on the site so it was enough light

Just returned from a wonderful week at this property. I didn't know the village, we were very lucky. Excellent quality/price ratio, clean rooms equipped with all the essential services indicated, functional swimming pool and perfect location of the bar. We always ate well and the staff was extremely helpful and kind. A special mention goes to the animation: I have never found such engaging and fun animation. We had such a good time that in 7 days we only moved for two half days. The little girl was enthusiastic about the mini-club and we were always having fun and in a good mood.
