Es gibt 5-Sterne-Hotels in Italien, Frankreich und Deutschland, wo das Personal einen professionell freundlichen, letztlich aber oberflächlichen Kontakt pflegt, und es gibt Häuser, wo das Personal die Gäste geradezu herzlich und voller Leidenschaft umsorgt. So wie im Canne Bianche. Es ist eben eine Frage der Haltung. Wir waren hier 10 Tage zu Gast und haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr, sehr wohlgefühlt. Das beginnt schon bei der sehr persönlichen Begrüßung. Das Personal ist in allen Bereichen des Hotels stets sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und eben geradezu herzlich. Das Hotel ist äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet und strahlt einen dezenten Luxus aus. An mehreren Abenden genossen wir die sehr schöne Atmosphäre im Restaurant und die exzellente Qualität der Speisen zu einen angenehmen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. All das macht das Canne Bianche zu einem Gesamtkunstwerk. Wir bedanken uns besonders bei Pascal und Manuela für den geradezu schon freundschaftlichen Umgang. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Stunningly beautiful property located directly on the Adriatic Sea! We were met with the most personable staff and immediately upgraded to one of two beach front suites - and given a tour of the property by the most lovely Anna! The grounds were filled with abundant and well groomed Puglian plants - which enhanced the already exquisite views. It was easy to access the pool and the sea and go for invigorating swims in both! The beach is small and not conducive to sunbathing, but the Adriatic makes up for it! The room and bath were spacious and provided every amenity. The spa was a welcome and serene relaxation point. The restaurant on site was abundant with the most beautiful foods from the Puglia region. We must compliment the staff for making us feel so welcome and like part of the family.

Très bel hôtel , excellente nourriture, personnel très agréable mais musique assourdissante pendant les repas . Impossible de manger calmement. Très dommage. À changer pour ne pas faire fuir les clients qui aiment le calme et la quiétude.

All I can say, is if you miss this incredible experience and Apulian hospitality, you are truly missing out on a bucket list item, you didn’t even know you needed. From Patrizia and Anna through all the Front desk, weight staff, bar staff, restaurant and culinary teams there was never a misstep. We were a group of 13 but each of us felt a personal Hands on approach. The food was creative, local, in season and delicious. The ambience and “ Lifestyle” Philosophy insured that we never needed to leave during our 11 night stay. This was my second visit and I can guarantee that whenever in Italy, I will make sure I come back to see what has become our new family friends in Puglia!

Excellent Hôtel, situation privilégiée entre Bari et Brindisi, bord de mer. Décoration au top, personnel accueillant et serviable, restaurant gastronomique. Très propre, très équipé, fitness, pool, spa. 50 chambres et suites, parking. Merci au groupe SLH et à son personnel. Nous y reviendrons.

I wanted to give 4.5 stars. This is a wonderful hotel and we had such a good stay (7 nights). We were in a standard room which was superb and exceptionally comfortable in every way. The whole hotel is spotless and so very tasteful. The pool area is terrific, access to the beach for a walk round the bay if you want. The breakfast choice and quality is perhaps the best we've had in a European hotel. The staff were all exemplary, not only efficient but so helpful and friendly (and this included help before our arrival). The only part that we found slightly disappointing (hence my 4.5 rating) was the quality of the meals for lunch and dinner in the restaurant. It was perfectly fine, hotel type food but given how everything else was exceptional we didn't think the food justified the high prices particularly compared to the local restaurants which the hotel kindly recommended! We would recommend without hesitation. Thank you to everyone for a truly memorable stay.
