The hotel is in a great location, right next to the Eaton Center, and is very convenient to get around. There are many restaurants nearby, and you can also order takeout. Parking is convenient.

Very well located. 5 minutes to the subway. very clean. They have a lovely hot tub at the top floor.

This is a great hotel for a base to explore Toronto. The suite was very spacious, with a sofa bed in the lounge area which suited our party perfectly. The room was generously kitted out with a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, iron & ironing board, toiletries etc. The hotel is a little tired, but well maintained. The complimentary coffee & (packaged) muffins were a really nice touch to put you on your way in the morning.
The staff was very friendly & helpful. We had a glitch with our shower which was sorted out quickly & professionally.
Unfortunately the restaurant & lounge were not open. I believe the site is going to be re-developed into residential units which is a shame. If we visit Toronto again before that happens we would definitely stay again.
