Sitting pretty in Toronto's iconic Bloor - Yorkville neighbourhood on Bloor Street, in the indie-cool-meets-approachable-luxury Annex neighbourhood, Kimpton Saint George’s refined bohemian spirit reflects its surroundings. Design details -- natural materials, rich textures and irreverent artwork -- create a sense of sophistication with a little edge. The atmosphere is intimate and intriguing, inviting you to explore the true Toronto, where a history of craftsmanship merges with an evolving identity as a dynamic modern hub.

This is a heart felt thank you to the wonderful people at the Kimpton Saint George. My family and I stayed at the hotel for a good three weeks and we couldn't have picked a better place. The management and staff went out of their way to make the place feel like home and ensure we were comfortable and had all our requests met. The property is well maintained and has a warm friendly vibe thanks to the staff. We were in Toronto to settle my son at University. It was touching beyond words when we were surprised by a basket of snacks and a beautiful card placed in our room the night before my son was to move to his Uni accommodation. A big thank you to the lovely ladies Maria, Carla, Dari for continuous support and care. A shout out to our amazing Hiroko who took such good care of our rooms and made sure they were cleaned and kept perfect every day. And finally, David Gallagher, the reservations/ guest services manager who is a gem of a guy. David made all the initial reservations hiccups go away in a flash and thereafter made sure everything flowed with ease. If it wasn't for David's initiative and responsiveness, we would have never had the opportunity to stay at the Kimpton (and that too for 3 weeks!). My family and I look forward to staying at the Kimpton again. Thank you, once again. Alizeh

Needless to say, W Hotel is a modern hotel popular among young people. The service is good and thoughtful, and the pattern and atmosphere of high-end atmosphere are exuded everywhere. The facilities in the room are very modern, and the restaurant is even more high-end. It’s not like a buffet where a group of people eat in a dark place. Instead, it feels like a high-end restaurant. I thought I went wrong, so I went to the front desk to ask again to confirm that it’s really here. for breakfast

Long before The Anndore House became one of Torontos most stylish and celebrated hotels, it was The Anndore Hotel and Apartments, a charming 10 story brick building that opened in the 1950s. It was home to many of Torontos most eccentric personalities and famous faces. Today, we are a fusion of our quirky past and modern style. Completely revamped to be your favourite Toronto destination, we believe the foundation of a great hotel is a place where youd want to live and be yourself. The Anndore House has a creative soul and we lovingly share our passion for art and culture to kindred spirits. You’ll discover some of Toronto’s most talented artistry in our building’s finishes. They’re all one of a kind. Just like us. From the moment you enter our front door, youll know youre home. Our passionate and in the know Guest Experience team will curate your stay to show you how to visit Toronto, like a Torontonian.

The hotel is located at the intersection of Metro Line 1 and Line 2: 300 meters outside Bloor-Yonge Station, and a small black building in the alley. Outside the window, the green leaves are sparse.
Retro-old old-fashioned telephone, some very literary thick books.
The most amazing thing is that there's a vinyl record. Pull it out of the cover and put it on the Crosley disc. Enjoy.
No coffee maker, instant coffee available in the cockroach. However, the kettle is SMEG, an Italian luxury brand.

The energizing hotel is the perfect place to relax and recharge. The hotel is steps away from the heart of Yorkville, one of the most exclusive and globally recognized neighbourhoods in Toronto. The spirit of this vibrant and refined community is reflected in the hotel's architecture, design, art, and culture.
The hotel features a modern café with retail offerings from local businesses on the main floor, a highly anticipated restaurant featuring thoughtfully local artisanal food and drinks, a sleek indoor heated pool, yoga and fitness rooms featuring state-of-the-art equipment, and comfortable meeting spaces.

GGuest User2023.09.02
I’m a big fan of the Canopy brand in general, but I have a hard time loving this particular Canopy. It seems like it’s designed more to look great than to be great. For example, the electric controls next to the bed are unnecessarily complicated— there’s about 9 buttons to control different lights and shades and things, and it isn’t easily usable. You have to hunt through all of them and try to remember the difference between the sconce light and the halo. It’s needlessly complex and that makes it harder to use. There is also a motion-activated night light under the bed, so if you get up in the middle of the night, it shines a light for you, which isn’t great if your partner if sleeping or even if you yourself want to try to go back to sleep. The night light is hyper sensitive, so it activates even if you just lay in bed and dangle your leg down. And there’s no way to disable it. If you don’t want lights going off every time you get out of bed, you have to shove a pillow under the bed to block the motion sensor or cover up the light. I love the filtered water/ice stations (one of my favorite parts about canopy hotels!) but the ones I used here seemed a lot more temperamental than others. You have to hold your water bottle at exactly the perfect angle before water will dispense, but since there’s no instructions, you have to poke around til you figure it out. There’s no little shelf in the shower stall, so if you bring your own toiletries, you have to either put them on the shower floor or balance them on top of the wall-mounted toiletry bottles. I also didn’t love that there’s no door on the bathroom and only frosted glass around the toilet cubicle. The bed was great — very comfy — and the blackout shades were an excellent touch. Very convenient location, close to the subway. And the decor is beautiful, very sleek and bright. It just all feels like it was designed without any context of how a guest will actually interact with all these things.

Outstanding
ZZHIHUAService, environment, have nothing to say, is a very good hotel, after staying for three days, we went to the United States, always compared with this hotel, all aspects are still good for this hotel, breakfast is all cold, if it is China People can't stand the stomach.
KK CGordonGot to the hotel a little after 9 am as my flight got in earlier than expected. It was raining and cold. Was wondering if they'd have a room that early to give me and yes they did😁😃😄I was checked in immediately and given a room on the 29th floor. Lovely room with a view of CN TOWER. Nothing was lacking. Room was fully equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. All the staff I encountered during my 4 night's stay was very pleasant and helpful. I am looking forward to my next trip to Toronto in August and I will be rebook this hotel for sure. I would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks to everyone there who made my stay there a memorable one.
NNgMoonI was initially apprehensive about staying in an ”old” hotel, but my worries came to rest. It was similar to a cottage theme with very clean rooms and adequate amentities. Staff were always very friendly, greeting us everytime we leave and return to the hotel, and responds promptly to our housekeeping requests. 10 minutes from the hotel, there is a park with a calming stream, a great place to rest and rewind from the busy city life. Nearest train station is just 5 minutes walk away, and a 30-45 minutes car ride to downtown. Some downsides though, there are no nearby restaurants besides the one in the hotel, and no nearby supermarkets. Utensils were not provided in the room so be prepared to bring your own set. Hotel lifts seem a bit worn out but had not broken down during my stay. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay given the calm surrounding vibes and amazing service. I would consider returning in the future
Mmlo1523Location wise is great 👍🏻 The Novotel Toronto Centre is just steps away from the St. Lawrence Market and Market Gallery, —the heart of the city’s culinary identity for more than a century—legendary architecture, The Distillery Historic District, fabulous shopping area such as Eaton Centre shopping mall and Winners 😃and other must-see attractions..all walking distance especially the union station 🚉 And after a long day exploring Toronto unwind with a glass of wine or a classic cocktail at Café Nicole Bistro&Bar, Great deal for Happy Hour 4pm-6pm
$7canadian Aperol spritz , house wines , beers and $5canadian sparkling wine ..
And great amenities, Fitness gym strong Free Wifi 🛜 , Indoor Pool, Parking and Flatscreen TV In-Room Safe, with a clean and spacious room , Booked newly renovated superior king room and got a tremendous deal upon booking ahead of time which included breakfast,👍🏻
Breakfast is pretty decent more than enough to start your day,
I love the avocado and kale shake ,and mix berries shake it’s really delicious 😋 😊
And Thanks to Ana she’s been very friendly and helpful with a great customer service 👍🏻
We had a pleasant stay 👍🏻Highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Wwanderlust123Great clean room and love the city view! Room is spacious. Nice firm bed. Bathroom is clean and spacious too! Do note that they do not have electric kettle in the rooms, so do request for one if you need one. Slightly outside of downtown Toronto approx 20-30mins drive out, depending on traffic. Got the room at a great price during Black Friday, for non peak season!
FFrankiepooThe Tv is big and with high resolution. Bed is tidied up neatly and the room is cleaned. Feel comfortable when I walk in the room. There are lotion and facial wash in the bathroom. All the furniture seems simple but great.
GGuest UserI want to start by saying how happy I am that the host let us check in an hour earlier since it starts at 5pm instead of the regular 3pm. This is an Airbnb type of place that requires you to put a $450 deposit for a one night stay which I thought it was very high. The location is amazing, walking distance to the CN tower and restaurants.
It is a very cute place except for the cleanliness. The place was DIRTY. We decided to not use the shower because it was full of mold and hair (picture attached), there was hair everywhere! We saw there was a washer and dryer but the washer was full of towels that yet needed to be dry so we decided not to use. There were stains in the bed sheets so we decided to lay some of our own towels on top to sleep. We also decided to not touch the kitchen because the burner was broken and we did not want to cause a fire or something like that. Over all, it was decent for a one night stay but they need to fire the cleaner because I believe it is an easy fix to be a better place to stay.
LLiang Tian TienThis is a l neighbourhood house setup as a inns with multiple rooms. Room is clean look like renovated the only down side is the house and neighbourhood is run down conditions u will not likely to put up there in first impression. It is convenient to reach the bus and street car or slight walk direct to transit train. The surrounding offers many eating restaurants and especially Chinese food as is Chinatown. If u willing to accept the basic room just for night sleep with the price is a choice.
GGuest UserWhen I booked this it clearly said POOL There was no pool needs to be taken off the website. Room was clean, not enough towels for 4 people. There were only 2. I did not see a problem with breakfast, it was pretty much hot breaky. Sat morning there were home fries, scrambled eggs, bacon ( which needed to be cooked more so I didn't eat it ) There is a machine to make your own waffles, bread for toast and I believe hot dogs ? Muffins ( They were blueberry that is why they looked the way they did, they were not moldy ) juice, coffee, tea. There was no fresh fruit which was disappointing. 1st night wedding was awakened at 2am by the wedding party good thing they went to their rooms and settled down. 2nd night another wedding was at their venue never heard a peep. When we did come back on the Sat around 7 our room keys didn't work. Person at the front desk was apologetic and gave us new ones. Also asked for decafe and he delivered 4 pkgs to our room since there was none at breaky.
GGuest UserLike a youth hostel but not a youth hostel. The location is also very good, just near Chinatown, not far from the University of Toronto, Ito, etc., within walking distance.
The service is good, there are refrigerators and microwave ovens, independent space, simple but complete facilities, the boss is rather cunning, there is a bag that has been stored for more than ten days, and I charged 50 Canadian dollars, but it is actually piled up in the laundry room, which is later than me It is also expensive to store in LA hotels, but they are star hotels. If 30 Canadian dollars is more reasonable.
Generally recommended, there are many delicious Cantonese restaurants nearby, and there is also a vegetable market.
