Hotel carino ma andrebbe migliorato: finestre che danno sulla strada non insonorizzate e spifferi dursnte la notte. Ristorante hotel disorganizzato, attesa per le portate molto lunghe da snervarsi e personale, ahimè, mi spiace dirlo poco attento al cliente: ho dovuto ricordare più volte, a distanza di 5 minuti eh, le pietanze scelte e nonostante ciò c'è stato un gran caos. Spero migliorino il servizio.

Hotel a 4 passi dalle sponde del lago di Garda, a pochi minuti da Riva, Limone, Arco ecc ecc. Parcheggio coperto. Camere ultra pulite, spaziose e con ogni confort. Personale giovane dinamico e attento ad ogni dettaglio (un ringraziamento particolare per tutto quello fatto per il giorno del mio compleanno!). Ristorante alla carta di qualità, bella spa. Ein schönes, gepflegtes und sauberes Hotel. Das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und von guter Qualität. Negativ ist, dass Hunde auch in den Frühstücksraum dürfen.

Lage, Preis-Leistung, Ausstattung top ! Personal überaus zuvorkommend Wir waren nicht zum 1. Mal hier und sicher auch nicht zum letzten mal ! Wir kommen wieder ! Der Gardasee ist im eine Reise wert ! Speziell im Herbst wenn es schon etwas ruhiger ist !

The hotel is in a good location, close to the shores of lake Garda, and within walking distance of restaurants and shops, and local bus stop. Rooms are comfortable, well designed, clean and well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful and fluent in English. Breakfast is good. Dinner menu was OK, but could be better. Service is very good. Overall, the hotel is value for money.

Das Hotel ist ansprechend und modern ausgestattet. Die Sauberkeit möchte ich besonders hervorheben und loben. Allerdings ist es nicht notwendig, die Handtücher jeden Tag zu wechseln. Das Hotel liegt an einer viel befahrenen Straße. Da die Fenster nicht richtig dicht sind, hört man den Lärm leider, obwohl wir nicht zur Straße gewohnt haben. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ansprechend angerichtet und für jeden Geschmack war etwas zu finden. Wir würden wieder kommen.
