Possibly the worst service I've received in a hotel of this calibre. its clear some of these reviews with '1 contribution' are FAKE. Its shame, because the hotel itself it kept spotlessly clean. Beach Bar closed (at night), sunset bar closed (at night), coffee shop closed, vitamin bar closed, niki closed. We expected some as per JET2 website, but not all of them The reception staff have literally no clue about this hotel, some of them couldn't even tell me which bar was which. Saying they were open when its clear they aren't. Pool wasn't heated when we arrived, and had to complain on numerous occasions to get it fixed, even with reception saying it was turned on! A la Carte was a complete Joke, the 3 restaurants had been merged into 1, obviously to save money. You are basically presented with 6 dishes without even asking for them, and then the menu is very limited, Service once again was absolutely awful. The hotel had a conference on for 4 days, with a massive influx of Turkish people giving no respect to the hotel, they shouldn't be mixing with hotel guests, but there they were in large groups smoking and dropping ash and cigarettes around the pool. Large groups of young men, making an atmosphere in the amphitheatre. There are a lot of Russian people, some were nice, but mainly rude, pushing in at the restaurant. I could go on, but i cant be bothered. The hotel could be so much better, but the staff are completely demotivated (and lack english language), maybe its because its end of season and they've had enough of the damn right rudeness of the Russian guests. Manners cost nothing Good bits, rooms are excellent, modern decor. would i go back? If the price was cheap, but unfortunately i cant see the prices dropping soon Shout to Mr Furken, guest relations - Hes the best! More people like him are needed. put this guy in charge of servie and the hotel might be better
