We had so much fun and laughed. Herzegovina was perfect, cleanliness was very good. We were constantly asked if we needed anything. They are very good as a team. Sometimes it can be intense, but that much can be considered normal.

Visit to Duja in Bodrum 7th-14th September definitely there not hotel with 5 stars as rooms is very dirty and on last day money was stolen from room, so be aware and keep all valuable things ii the safe. P.s when we back from the beach safe was open also definitely do not go there again and not recommended for someone else.

Très belle hôtel et aussi vue magnifique Le guest relation a réussi a trouver rapidement une solution a mon problème. Guest relation très professionnel Petit déjeuner nickel. Spa au top. Réceptionniste aimable Seul point négatif repas trop répétitif

Je suis actuellement dans cette hôtel. Hôtel dommages mais franchement aucun volet ou rideau occultant la lumière .On part en vacances pour se reposer pas a se lever tout les jours a 7h car on voit la lumière. C est la première fois que je vois ça Voisin bruyant en plus jusqu a 1h du matin. Voir 2h donc on dort 5h Repas trop basic pas assez varier. Pdj correct. Café pas forcément bon Dommage que certains détails pourrait faire de cette hôtel un endroit magnifique

Положительном:) Огромная благодарность от меня и от моего сына гиду Наталье.Первый раз за все мои многочисленные путешествия я встретила ТАКОЕ участие, такую оперативную реакцию и моментальное решение даже мелких бытовых вопросов.Даже сейчас, спустя полтора месяца, она помогает связаться с фотографами в отеле, чтобы получить снимки с фотосессии! Вот оно ей надо?:))) Мы уже уехали давно! И первый раз я получила максимальное удовольствие именно от экскурсий, приобретенных в отеле.Организация программы, питание, сопровождение - все на высоте.Наталья, спасибо Вам !!!!!

Amazing setting and beautiful views. The only reason this isn’t a 5* is the food and service. The pros: - beautiful scenery - decking area by the beach is amazing. We snorkelled every day. Vibe is great down there with the bar ans the music. - very clean. - great big pool. Cold, but I like it like that. - my son loved the Turkish bath and sauna. - staff are hard working and polite. Cons: - rooms are a bit basic, but that’s a minor fault. - food is random and not always warm. Snack bars are good, but main restaurant average at best. - poor service. This is not a fault of the staff, they are under resourced. Every night I had to hunt for knifes and forks, and clean, prepared tables were a non-starter. Would I come again - probably not, just because there are no doubt loads of lovely hotels at great prices this time of year. However, another week here would be very enjoyable.

Do not go, if you are melanated. They like to touch you - especially the kids without permission . Absolutely weird behaviour and no boundaries. Standard - run down hotel. Views are great apart from that, if you like to be ignored and stared at, go elsewhere!!! I have no words for the food….none. AVOID

odaları , denizi,havuzu çok güzel fakat yemekler son derece kötü lezzetsiz çeşit yok denecek kadar az ana restoranı o kadar anlamsızca dizayn etmişler ki kuyruklar maç kuyruğu gibi sıcak yemeklerde ve ızgaralarda bildiğiniz her türlü kanatlı eti mevcut görevinin ne olduğunu anlayamadığımız aksi suratlı bir yetkili restorana girerken bırakın hoş geldiniz demeyi Gestapo subayı gibi dolaşıp yemek aldığınız tabakları göz hapsine alıyor bir diğeri de dışarıda oturanları takibe alıyor son derece rahatsız edici bir şekilde göz hapsine alınıyorsunuz ana restoran dışında snack lerde rakı servisi yok siz gidip bardan karton bardakla alıyorsunuz içki kalitesi yok yalnız yeni rakı ve altıntepe şarabı ( köpek öldüren) var votka ve cin markası da yalnızca Gilbey odamızdaki banyoya koyduğum erkek parfümünü kim sevdi bilmiyorum ama oldukça azalınca banyodan kaldırmak zorunda kaldım

Definity shouldn't be advertised as 5 star, maybe 3 star at most. Waited over an hour to be taken to our room on check in, was told it was too far to walk with our luggage. Given very little information on check in, reception and guest experience team were not helpful and quite rude. Website advertises 3 Ala carte restaurants but this is not true and very hard to book the 1 restaurant. Poolside bar staff were great and the man working in the starbucks was brilliant, always busy and on his own, very impressed by him (always smiling). Animation team were great and very friendly. Our house keeper was great and cleaned our room every day even when we got up abit later, always waited until we were ready.
