The hygiene of some express hotels and affordable B&Bs is probably better than this one. The hand towel is so black that I once suspected it was the cleaning rag of the aunt. The countertop of the washbasin is sticky. It is not a water stain, but a sticky mark that has not been wiped for a long time. Maybe I am ignorant and don’t know that Wuzhen is so popular. I didn’t expect that you need to fight for a seat to eat breakfast in an ordinary weekend hotel, and you have to queue up to get food. I originally wanted to invite friends from the north to come and experience the ancient town in the south of the Yangtze River. I came here because of its reputation, but I didn’t expect to be disappointed. There is no cost-effectiveness throughout the trip, and the experience is not ordinary.

The Alila Hotel in Wuzhen is a fantastic blend of luxury and traditional style, perfectly situated near the picturesque water town. The hotel’s design is both modern and elegant, and the amenities are excellent, from beautifully appointed rooms to relaxing facilities. One of the highlights was the included photography package, ”乌镇阿丽拉-新锐旅拍.” Lesley, our photographer, was amazing! Not only was she talented, but her humor and energy made the entire experience unforgettable. We were laughing non-stop, and her easygoing nature made us feel completely comfortable in front of the camera. Overall, Alila Wuzhen offers a truly memorable stay with stunning surroundings, top-notch amenities, and the added bonus of a fun photography experience. Highly recommended!

The service lady and the environment are really great. Very satisfied. However, the room needs to be disinfected regularly, and the linens should not be piled in the corridor after changing. It feels not so good. It may be a requirement for bringing children. Because it is a double-bedroom apartment, I moved the bed and found several bugs of different sizes. There was also a black one, which was taken away by the child with a tissue. I also found that kind of black bug, the kind that bites people. The one in the video is too big. I covered it with a tissue and stepped on it to death. My skin is sensitive, I don’t know if it was bitten. Anyway, I felt itchy after taking a shower in the room. I was so scared that I didn’t dare to fall asleep all night. I was afraid that the child would be bitten too.

Before booking a room, I called to inquire about related issues, but it was all voice recordings. Although I couldn't communicate with the service staff, I still chose the hotel faithfully. After arriving at the parking lot informed by the voice at noon, I checked in at the scenic spot customer service for the first time. I learned that the room would not be cleaned until around 3 pm, so I bought tickets first and got a 20% discount on tickets. I could choose a hotel near the scenic spot, not necessarily the booked hotel. The company has more than 20 hotels with similar conditions. We still insisted on checking in at the booked hotel. They said that there was a free special car to pick up from the scenic spot to the hotel, which was more than 20 minutes per trip, but the reality was that we waited for nearly 30 minutes and nothing happened. Later, after finding the bus stop and contacting by phone, it took nearly 10 minutes for the car to pick us up at the hotel and check in for the second time. Then the staff took us to the front desk of another building across the street. We checked in for the third time and got the room card. There were many people at breakfast and the environment was poor. The name and standard of the booked hotel were quite different from the actual situation. I don't know which link went wrong. In the end, the hotel promised free parking, but we had to scan the code and pay a parking fee of 20 yuan to leave the parking lot.
