The hotel is in a very good location, close to the north gate of Xizha. You can reach Xizha and the bus pick-up and drop-off point along the pedestrian trail.
The hotel staff are very nice, especially the male staff who received the check-in. He was very smiling.

The location is very very closed to West gate. Just 3-5 mins walk . The room is clean and newly renovated into modern simple but classically cute design. Moreover , the Owner and his staff are very very nice . They help us carry the suitcase upstair without any asking. Also kindly telling info i asked thru my broken Chinese. THE younger staff was VERY VERY kindly help us pick up taxi to Hangzhou in early morning. Lucky that i made a right choice . HIGHLY recommended.
