在烏鎮戲劇節的時光裏，我又一次感受到了這裏的魅力。今年還是住在枕水酒店，在原有的基礎上進行了升級優化，讓我倍感温馨舒適。更值得一提的是，工作人員小徐在出發前為我預訂了接送服務，他的熱情周到讓我印象深刻。期待未來能有更多的機會再次踏入這片充滿詩意的水鄉。（˘︶˘✿）

枕水酒店體現了烏鎮的獨有特色，枕水而居。我尤喜歡枕東西區，古色古香，每個角落都是風景。木道下即是水道，晚間有魚兒躍水而出，生機勃勃。非常適合休閑度假，愉悦心情。

酒店管家小施服務非常好，會提前電話聯繫並約好入園時間，協同辦理入住手續和買門票，並把行李帶回房間，我們就可以自己進西柵直接遊玩了，有問題都會及時回覆並解決問題！
我們辦理人臉識別的時候是在枕東前台，有個小哥哥帶我們到房間，一路介紹酒店設施和各項特色，這個體感也非常好，枕西前台一對比就遜色很多，問問題回答都是不太清楚不知道，行李可不可以託運到遊客中心也不知道…最後還是找管家小施解決問題，再次表揚小施！
