據説銅仁最好的酒店 那我衹能説銅仁的酒店水準太低了 怕客户備註酒店不理睬 特意麻煩攜程工作人員轉告一定要安靜的無煙房 入住之前前台跟我説已經做過無煙處理 一開門濃重的煙味撲面而來 因太累了沒有折騰換房 後面實在無法忍耐打給客房問怎麼無煙處理的 得到的回答是開窗！納尼？開窗我不會？這叫無煙處理？最後的解決方法就是客房拿了空氣清新劑過來自己噴 打開走廊的窗户和房門加快通風 連睡覺也沒敢關窗 第二天開窗並出門整天 等晚上回去的時候屋子一點煙味都沒了 事實證明酒店給我開了一間剛剛退房並抽過煙的房 也就是酒店完全沒有重視客户的需求 我不信這個酒店在我入住那天找不到一間兩天沒有住人或者沒有煙味的房間 還有其他小細節就不贅述了 總之無視客户需求的酒店不配談服務 另外平台承諾的房型升級前台説兑現了 但是事實證明除了是角房其他跟我本來預訂的房型毫無差別 前台工作人員的服務態度也很一般
