Although we only stayed for one evening it was a most pleasurable one. I have very basic Chinese language skills (i.e. None) but the staff were very patient and helpful. It also helped that I had taken a Chinese friend with me for the short break. Check in was swift and only took around 5 minutes considering I needed to provide all my documentation and covid codes etc. Again the staff were great an made us feel very welcome. The room was huge with two almost Double beds, a huge bathroom and giant circular bathtub as well as a shower. The mini bar was well stocked and there was a dressing room as well as robes, slippers etc. After a few minutes settling in we were treated to a gift of fresh fruit which was very much appreciated. The beds were super comfortable and we slept well after we returned from an evening out in Tonglu. In the morning the breakfast was typical Chinese buffet and was delicious though we didn't eat too much due to our previous evenings dinner. Even though I was clearly the only Westerner in the Hotel at that point I was made to feel very welcome by every single person I encountered....both staff and guests. I would highly recommend a stay here if you should ever visit Tonglu.

This year's New Year's Eve, we spent an unforgettable holiday at the Conrad Hotel. From the moment we arrived, it was as if we had walked into a living ”Fuchun Mountain Dwelling”. Whether it was the clearness of the lake and mountains under the clear sky, or the hazy artistic conception like an ink painting when it was foggy, the scenery at every moment was breathtaking. The room itself exceeded expectations, especially the private swimming pool with a balcony, which was amazingly beautiful. Whether it was soaking in the pool and feeling the lake breeze at dawn, or the lights reflecting on the water at night, it was an ultimate enjoyment. The hotel's infinity pool was also clean and beautiful, making people unable to help but stay a little longer. During the stay, the hotel's double set meal was also a surprise, with fresh ingredients and exquisite taste. After we swam, we saw a cat and wanted to touch it. The hotel staff directly gave us two cat strips so that we could make friends with the kitten. Thank you very much! The most touching thing is the fireworks show prepared by the hotel for everyone on New Year's Eve. Sitting on the balcony, you can directly enjoy the beautiful fireworks blooming in the night sky, which complement the reflection of the lake, warm and romantic, and has become one of the most precious memories of this year's New Year. I want to give a big thumbs up to Ctrip. I decided to travel on May 2nd at short notice. I placed an order for the popular Fuchunjiang Atour Hotel on the night of May 1st. I thought I was lucky to be able to book this hotel, but it was probably cancelled in the middle of the night. I saw Ctrip's call in the morning, but I didn't pay attention because I was in a hurry. I didn't know that the original hotel was cancelled until I stopped at the service area at around 9 o'clock and received a call from Ctrip. I was recommended the nearby Oakwood Hotel. Here comes the key. I was given a two-bedroom suite for four people and the price difference was all paid to me according to the Atour booked the day before. This is too good. We can all stay here. The hotel is super good and new. The room is a super large hotel-style apar**ent suite. 2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, super suitable for the whole family to go out. The location is also very good. It is next to Shuxiang Square, which is convenient for eating and night market. It is super good to live along the river.

I chose this place when I came to Tonglu for tourism. I arrived at noon on Monday. I asked the front desk in advance and they let me check in early. The fruits redeemed for points are dried longan and dried lychee. Late check-out until 2 pm Ctrip members upgraded to a balcony room, where you can see the artificial lake from the balcony. The room is also large and has a bathtub. The service is very good: earplugs, bathtub covers, and mosquito coils are all provided. Transportation: It is very close to Daqishan and Tonglu Station by taxi. Disadvantages: I had breakfast on weekdays, and there were few varieties. I saw other platforms selling breakfast coupons for 28 yuan, and the content should be imaginable.

Fortunately, I could enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Fuchun River from the room. The hotel front desk lady was very enthusiastic and checked in quickly. When she learned that there was a car, she also arranged a free car wash service, accompanied her to the room, and introduced how to use the room facilities. There was a problem with the air conditioning, and the maintenance master also quickly came to solve the problem. When I left the hotel, the front desk and Miss Lang Yekai enthusiastically helped to take the suitcase and sent it to the elevator. They also brought us hot mineral water, which made me feel warm in my heart. When I arrived at the parking lot, I saw the clean car and the warm card written by Master Zhao, the car washer. The management details are everywhere. I will choose to stay in Junyue next time.

Kaiyuan Mingdu is an old hotel in Tonglu, with a superior geographical location. The hotel's garden-style environment is very pleasing to the eye, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the service staff is enthusiastic and professional, and the breakfast is also very rich, where you can eat a lot of Tonglu-style food. By the way, Zhao Li at the front desk was very nice and gave away breakfast for children.

The hotel has a good location, and the room can directly see the Fuchun River and the city view, which is a double enjoyment. I must praise the hotel service. From the moment I entered the door, the attitude of every service staff who stored the luggage and checked in was very good. Although there were some minor incidents after check-in, it did not affect our mood. I am very grateful to the duty manager Xiao Zhou for actively communicating and efficiently solving the problem. A relatively good hotel in Tonglu! There is also porridge in the evening! I bought an umbrella online and had it delivered to the hotel lobby. When I went to pick it up, the umbrella had already been used! The waiter also said he didn't know! The management of takeout is still lacking! I also talked about this on WeChat, but didn't say what measures were taken! Also, the toilet paper roll in the hotel room is too low and it is easy to touch the ground. We chose to travel during the May Day holiday, so there were fewer tourists. The front desk lady helped us upgrade the room, and the view and service were very good. Opposite is Yintai City, which is very convenient for shopping and eating. The hotel is close to the road and it will be noisy if you sleep, and the sound insulation is relatively poor.

The room is very big, it is very convenient to drive to Heartbeat Park, the price is moderate, there are many popular restaurants around, the hotel is very good, remember to go early for breakfast, Xiao Ke's service is great. I will stay here again when I come to Heartbeat Park next time. If there is a pick-up service at Heartbeat Park again, it will definitely beat all the B&Bs.
