Family-friendly Hotels in Tonglu

Although we only stayed for one evening it was a most pleasurable one. I have very basic Chinese language skills (i.e. None) but the staff were very patient and helpful. It also helped that I had taken a Chinese friend with me for the short break. Check in was swift and only took around 5 minutes considering I needed to provide all my documentation and covid codes etc. Again the staff were great an made us feel very welcome. The room was huge with two almost Double beds, a huge bathroom and giant circular bathtub as well as a shower. The mini bar was well stocked and there was a dressing room as well as robes, slippers etc. After a few minutes settling in we were treated to a gift of fresh fruit which was very much appreciated. The beds were super comfortable and we slept well after we returned from an evening out in Tonglu. In the morning the breakfast was typical Chinese buffet and was delicious though we didn't eat too much due to our previous evenings dinner. Even though I was clearly the only Westerner in the Hotel at that point I was made to feel very welcome by every single person I encountered....both staff and guests. I would highly recommend a stay here if you should ever visit Tonglu.

The location is very good, with a panoramic view of the mountains and a quiet environment. The housekeeper service is considerate and thoughtful. The three-bed room is large enough for a family of three. The room is well soundproofed, with air conditioning and floor heating. The facilities are complete. There are fruits, snacks and good night sweet soup every day. The breakfast is a set meal, and you can choose one of the four staple foods. It is very good. It is also convenient to eat near the B&B, and you can take the shuttle bus. Because it is inconvenient to go to the public restaurant for meals with pets, the housekeeper delivers them to the room every morning and evening. Thank you very much.

I chose this venue because it was the nearest 5 star hotel to OMG activity park and also because we were celebrating my eldest sons 12th birthday. The accommodation was 5 stars amazing! Our room faced the peninsula and had a fantastic view. The bed linen felt very luxury soft. The food was top quality ingredients. The outdoor swimming pool is maintained to a very high standard. Finally the service was impeccable all round. Special mention goes to Sky who attended my every needs and made the birthday boy feel extra special! Although I was here for a short work trip, this hotel is definitely very well worth staying at if traveling for leisure, too. Excellent location on the river, beside a mall, a Starbucks, a supermarket, and multiple restaurants catering for all tastes and budgets. The city center is walking distance and the hotel has ample free parking (surface and underground). The service I experienced from checking in until checking out was simply exquisite! I was warmly welcomed by reception where Elaine Wan (Front Office Manager) whose attention to detail and support is above and beyond the adjective ‘outstanding’ providing me with a free upgrade. On the flip side, one minor criticism could be not finding the hotel on my GPS and the breakfast which was perhaps not as varied as I would have liked. However, since this hotel has recently opened, I understand and appreciated the set breakfasts available ‘oriental’ and ‘western’. Once again, I was impressed how servicial the staff were as they provided us with a take-away box to avoid any estate. I shall definitely return but as a tourist owing to the hotel’s comfort, service, price and location.

I chose this place when I came to Tonglu for tourism. I arrived at noon on Monday. I asked the front desk in advance and they let me check in early. The fruits redeemed for points are dried longan and dried lychee. Late check-out until 2 pm Ctrip members upgraded to a balcony room, where you can see the artificial lake from the balcony. The room is also large and has a bathtub. The service is very good: earplugs, bathtub covers, and mosquito coils are all provided. Transportation: It is very close to Daqishan and Tonglu Station by taxi. Disadvantages: I had breakfast on weekdays, and there were few varieties. I saw other platforms selling breakfast coupons for 28 yuan, and the content should be imaginable.

I chose Hilton between Hampton by Hilton and Atour because I believed in Hilton's quality service and liked the deluxe king-size bed room in Tonglu. Through the 270-degree circular floor-to-ceiling window, you can see the Fuchun River and the surrounding scenery. It's so beautiful! I feel good! The room facilities are complete and new, the design is reasonable and humanized, and the cleaning is also very clean. There is a code scan in the room. If you need necessary supplies, you can scan the code to request it. The hotel will quickly send a robot to the door of the room, which is convenient, fast and efficient. The hotel's buffet breakfast is of good quality, with a variety of choices and delicious food. While looking at the beautiful scenery of Fuchun River, you can have a good meal and feel good. In particular, the hotel staff has a strong sense of service and high quality. From check-in to check-out, the front desk restaurant cleaning, etc., including the hotel staff who met at the elevator, they all greeted with a smile and were friendly and polite. After checking out, I received a polite return call from the hotel, which shows that the hotel's recruitment, training and management are excellent in all aspects. They attach great importance to guests and their reasonable needs and requirements. This is very good and adds points to the check-in experience. Juli and Tom, the front desk staff, will be praised by name. If you come to Tonglu next time, you will choose Hilton Garden Inn. I hope that it will continue to maintain high-quality hardware and software and do better and better. Finally, a suggestion, the washroom outside the restaurant on the 8th floor has only cold water for washing hands, no hot water. The water for washing hands is particularly cold and a bit unbearable in winter. I hope that there will be hot water like the water in the room.

There were many people and cars on this trip, and the hotel security helped solve the parking problem. Parking spaces in hotels in mature communities are indeed tight during holidays. We had two cars and were arranged to park at the door of this restaurant. It happened that we also had dinner here 👍, which is 100 meters away from the hotel.

I came to travel and booked a two-day parent-child room on Ctrip in advance. There is a small park at the entrance of the hotel with fish. You can ask the service staff who cleans the room for a razor. The mineral water in the room is free! The buffet breakfast in the morning is rich in variety, which is wow!

After visiting Tonglu for the Nth time, I finally made my own decision and stayed at the Legend Hotel. The front desk lady took the initiative to upgrade us to a river view room. The interior decoration is similar to the style of a luxury hotel in Macau. The room is just the right size, the bathroom is large and easy to use, with a bathtub and shower, and high-end sanitary ware. There are complete leisure and entertainment facilities, as well as our favorite chess and card room, and the breakfast is also very good.

A relatively good hotel in Tonglu! There is also porridge in the evening! I bought an umbrella online and had it delivered to the hotel lobby. When I went to pick it up, the umbrella had already been used! The waiter also said he didn't know! The management of takeout is still lacking! I also talked about this on WeChat, but didn't say what measures were taken! Also, the toilet paper roll in the hotel room is too low and it is easy to touch the ground.
