今回2回目の宿泊です。
1回目は帰る時に部屋にiPhoneの急速充電ケーブルを忘れたのでチェックアウト当日に電話で忘れたとホテルへ電話したところケーブルは見つからなかったと言われとても残念でした。
今回はベッドのシーツが最初から交換してないような状態でした。シーツにシワが残っていたりベッドメイキングがしっかりなされていませんでした。
そして連泊だったので翌日のルームサービスは夕方になってもされておらず、仕方ないのでタオルとアメニティだけ新しいものを部屋に運んで貰いました。
また10月終わりでしたので朝晩冷えこんでいたのでエアコンで部屋の温度を調整出来ない仕様でクーラーのみ作動していたので部屋がめちゃ寒かったです。その事をフロントで聞いたら部屋に毛布があるからそれを使ってと言われましたw
温泉無料券が付いて気に入っていたのに色々残念な結果でした。また泊まりたいかと言われたら微妙です。

I requested a queen size bed but was given a twin. Unfortunately, there was no explanation at check-in. If it was not possible, they should have just explained.
It was very helpful that the parking lot was free. The hotel itself is old and far from the airport, but the price is reasonable for the low price. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

The room is quite spacious and feels like a resort. The Tangle City Hot Spring next door is free to use. The hotel gives coupons. You can eat, drink, play and take photos in the hot spring. There are several large and small pools in the hot spring. There is an open-air hot spring. The overall Japanese feeling is good. If you have an early flight on the last day, you can stay here. I personally feel it is quite good or you can stay on the first day. If you don't speak the language, you can read more tips and explanations. Not many people is his advantage. I will consider staying one night when I come to Tokyo next time
