Dit hotel is heel mooi gelegen in de baai van Tolo. Kamers met zeezicht zijn hier zeker een meerwaarde. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en het is steeds thuiskomen. Als je op zoek bent naar rust dan is dit de ideale plek. Hier verdwijnt alle stress. Enige minpunt is het eten ( vooral het diner) gerechten zijn koud en er is weinig keuze. Voor een 4* hotel verwacht je wel wat meer. Maar de rest maakt dit goed. Niet ver van de haven en dichtbij restaurants. Het strand is ook op wandelafstand maar de weg ernaartoe is niet echt geschikt voor mensen die slecht te been zijn. ( hotel ligt op een heuvel) In Tolo zelf valt ook niks te beleven, heel weinig souvenierwinkeltjes en ook niet echt gezellig ( 1 lange straat) De restaurants langs het water met het prachtige zicht en de vriendelijke uitbaters maken dan ook dit weer goed. Ik boekte dit met de blauwe vogel en dit is zeker een aanrader! Hele mooie uitstappen gedaan van daaruit.

We had one of the best vacations ever at this hotel. Such a nice and calm atmosphere, and the staff was so welcoming and nice. The rooms were perfect and the cleaning was spotless. We also really like the breakfast selection. The pool and pool area was clean and spacey with a beautiful view over the ocean. We usually never pick the same hotel twice, but we will definitely be back at John and George!

A family run hotel with wonderful attentive staff. Our room had a sea view that couldn’t be better and all that we needed. Good beds, good cleaning and a nice breakfast with fresh orange juice. The dining area outside had the same nice sea view and we had buffe dinners in the evenings. There was a pool which was fresh and the sea was a min walk downhill. A hotel I want to return to some day!

we stayed at this hotel from 13th to 20th of August 2023. We liked the nice sea view, food was good. Breakfast and dinner outside with a very nice sea view. Very charming family hotel , we recommand it

had a wonderful holiday, very friendly people at the hotel. Beautiful view from the balcony and terrace where dinner was. There were different dishes in the buffet every day and everything was equally tasty. Definitely go back! Top holiday. I booked this trip with the travel agency "De Blauwe Vogel" with whom we also did the excursions. Definitely recommended to book this!!

The best hotel in the area. Beautiful, clean, neat, renovated rooms. Amazing breakfast and unique view. All the staff very polite and helpful, with a high degree of professionalism. Comfortable, shady, parking. Incessantly, every summer and almost every Easter since 2009, when I discovered it, and to this day, it is my starting point for Nafplio and the performances at the Ancient Theater of Epidaurus. I highly recommend!
