We had a short overnight stay in Toledo and were pleased with this hotel we located on **********. They clearly valued customer service, suggested some off-the-beaten-path attractions for us to consider, and allowed us to keep our bags in their basement for a couple of hours after we checked out. The breakfast (for an extra fee) was plentiful, relaxed, and fresh. We would stay here again if we had the occasion to do so.

The location is very good, there is a public car park at the door, and it is free on weekends. The hotel is old building but very clean. Going out is the ancient city, it is very convenient to walk. The front desk is OK, not enthusiastic, a little cold. Only two bottles of water were given for the two people. The hotel restaurant is very good, booked dinner, nine o'clock, the last location, found in the past is very empty, thought it was fooled, the original ten people have come one after another, the restaurant is full, the original Spaniards love the night. The eggplant of the appetizer is delicious, and the shrimp, the mutton of the main course is a little taste, but the pork and lamb in Spain have a little taste, like

Stayed 3 nights on a Leger Holidays tour. Room was ok. Had a safe (but it wasn't secured to the wall which makes it a bit pointless really) Mini bar/Fridge and hairdryer. Free air con that packed up on our last morning. Good spread at breakfast and although the restaurant gets crowded there is also an overflow room. The bad points: 1/. The cafe style bar area isn't really big enough for the size of the hotel, although there is a large lounge area adjacent to the Reception desk and entrance I always feel you lose a bit of atmosphere in these such areas. 2/. We couldn't get cold water out of the basin mixer tap or the shower. It was hot water or nothing. 3/. There was an Iron available on request but there appeared to be only one. So if a guest held onto it you had to go without.

Not very satisfied, booked three rooms, both of them were Marriott Platinum, reported the membership number, no room type upgrade, no morning, no welcome fruit, more than 700 a night, the room was small, and I had never lived on Aotu Grid, but this doesn't give me a good experience

◆Access
It takes about 10 minutes by bus from the center of Toledo's old town. From there, it's a short walk. There are no lockers at Toledo Station, so I left my suitcases at a shop near Atocha Station (about 4,000 yen for 24 hours for 2 items).
◆Restaurant
I made a reservation for dinner when I checked in. It was great to be able to enjoy everything from the sunset to the night view. I asked for recommendations on the food and ordered three dishes, all of which were delicious.
The breakfast also felt luxurious.
◆Amenities
There were no toothbrushes or slippers, so I used the ones I brought with me, but I had no complaints. (I think I could have gotten some if I had asked.)

The hotel is located outside the ancient city. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the San Juan Monastery. The parking is free and suitable for self-driving. The city view rooms are large and the mattresses are of good quality. The front desk staff are warm and thoughtful. The breakfast is not particularly many, but the quality is good. And fresh. Very recommend this hotel and hope to have the opportunity to stay a few more days next time

I wouldn't consider this a 5 star hotel, the views and surroundings are great, but that's about it. The hotel needs a proper renovation, the furniture is outdated and with clear marks of usage, musty and dust covering a lot of areas. The entire place gives a 70s vibe, and not in the good way. The worse bit for me is how poorly sound proofed the rooms are. The corridors' floors are tiled but there's a wide gap between tiles, so when people walk around carrying luggage, it sounds like a freight train just passing outside the room. Not great when that happens early in the morning. The breakfast and restaurant are ok, and most of the staff are nice.

Love this hotel. Definitely will come back for longer stay if ever come to Toledo again. From photos I thought it was nice but when we got there, except check in a bit busy wait for like 15 mins, the room n decor of hotel was stunning! Size of room is huge, free parking. We took a bottle from the minibar n wanted to pay when checking out, the staff said no problem no need to pay, just a little gesture makes an excellent impression.

Outstanding
EElena DengaevaThe location is excellent. The design of the hotel and the views of the terrace are spectacular. The staff are very friendly. The very comfortable beds and good couchs. The room is small, but comfortable and warm. I would like to highlight the cleaning, it is of 10. The breakfast is complete and rich.
It was a great stay:) Thanks to all the staff!
I loved, good roll, everything clean, quiet, the receptionist super pleasant, in perfect condition, comfortable beds. The kitchen was impeccable. Good light, everything very chill. Recommended to 100 per cent, to repeat without doubt!!!!!!!! The next time I go through the community, I will stay here without doubt.
YYangfanlangziDue to the weather, we decided to temporarily change our route and stay in Tolando for two nights. We encountered a parade and didn't arrive at the hotel until 12 o'clock in the morning. The hotel is close to the church, and the parking lot is about 15 minutes from the hotel. The hotel is in a good location, relatively new, and the electric towel rack is very useful. Bringing children does not occupy a bed, but we were asked to pay 60-120 euros to upgrade, but in the end we were given a regular room, which was a bit unpleasant. The next day a new front desk informed us that we should not be charged, and the 60 euros were fully refunded. Relatively reasonable and honest, this is a good comment! In addition, it is not recommended to have breakfast in the hotel, buy it yourself in the supermarket or eat at McDonald's
SSHUN1. The apartment is located in the ancient city, close to the Bisagra Gate. In the afternoon, I drove to the front of the apartment. The Spanish lady next door was very helpful and informed that the car could be parked for a period of time (resident parking spaces can be parked before 5 pm), and also informed that the front desk is in the building opposite to the apartment, which is a hotel front desk of the same name. deposit luggage). The front desk service is very enthusiastic.
2. For overnight parking, you need to go to a large parking lot three to four hundred meters ahead. The stamped parking fee of the hotel can be discounted about 13.5 euros a day.
3. The ancient city basically walks to visit various scenic spots. There are many restaurants nearby, and it’s even more lively when you walk up to the center of the ancient city. There is also a Carrefour supermarket three to four hundred meters away.
4. On the second day of the tour, I was stolen by similar immigrants with gifts, 30 Euro worth of children’s T-shirts and refrigerator stickers. I would have known that I would reveal my wealth earlier so that I would not let others go from the cathedral to the old bridge in regret. We are not happy anymore, well, it's worthwhile to train children to analyze the memories afterwards.
5. The room seems to have a little retro romance. It is not old and clean. We only need to go up three steps on the first floor and take the spiral staircase upstairs. The kitchen facilities are fairly complete, including a washing machine and refrigerator. The living room and dining room are also quite big. In the bedroom, the quilt on the bed is covered with blankets out of the bedspread. I don’t feel comfortable with the quilt. Let’s go for one night. The toilet is very large, and the electric water heater is like a large 100-liter tank, which is enough to take a shower.
AangrybirdaThe hotel staff were helpful . We were given a room on the ground floor. The hall way in between the rooms are spacious . To our great surprise, despite the furniture inside the room were very old fashion , they were very clean and all the amenities in the bedroom and bathroom were very well designed and handy. We think this hotel must be a very expensive hotel in the good old days. The bath room and the bedroom was really spacious. The room was bright with lamp lights and the bed was comfortable. And we were lucky to be able to met some very helpful and polite spanish in the entrance hall of the hotel. The hotel was located on the the foot of the slopes leading to the tourist attractions uphills. We could easily find a free carpark around the hotel . We think this is the best hotel we had during our 16 days trip to Spain. It is really value for money. If we come back to Toledo, we will definitely choose this hotel again.
JJose Luis CullellThen my wife was stolen in a private room on the 2nd floor and with a sergeant controlling access to the buffet, the thief or the thiefs passing through reception went to the buffet room was talking to the sergeant q controlling access (Because I saw it and I confirm it) and yet I don't know why they left him staying in the room (to me asked about the room to go) and in a disorder they stole our pocket.
I think it would have been much more careful with access, we'll see how this ends
Among the €3000 q taken out of the card and the more than €1000 losses per cash, mobile, glasses, car keys, etc, the stay went out for a peak.
Do not leave anything unnoticed
The hotel is in principle rejecting any liability and they say they have no insurance to answer for the robbery, we will see if the health advice can mediate in the matter.
We had booked two nights at the hotel but really considered checking out after the first nigh as a car is required to visit the city and the restaurant was closed. I showed the receptionist their web page and it said that the restaurant was open. A few hours later we were told that a meal would be coked for us and could we choose what we wanted. It appeared that one chef was ill and the other chef came in and cooked just for us, this was a piece of great customer service which we appreciated. I believe that due to covid the hotel was not getting many guests and therefore revenue was down, this also showed in the garden not been kept tidy, although the pool was in good repair. The room required a little tender loving but had a fridge and AC but no safe. The public areas in the hotel were clean and tidy. The panoramic view of the city was spectacular. I feel for the hotel owners as with reduced revenue they did not have enough money to spend on the outside areas, but I think that as the number of guest increase the hotel will shine once again.
The hotel is located by the river at the foot of the hill on which Toledo old town is situated. It’s slightly away from the centre and very easy to find the way there by car. We booked a double room for one night, which turned out to be the corner room on the first floor overlooking the street. It was medium sized, nicely decorated, spotlessly clean, well appointed, with a large comfortable bed. We heard no street noise overnight. The hotel receptionist was very helpful, particularly when she came outside to assist us with the parking meter (see below). The walk to the old town from the hotel is up steep cobbled streets and I expect is very tiring, particularly in hot weather. However, opposite the hotel is a bus stop from which the No.12 mini bus leaves every 30 mins. For 1 euro this will take you the 5 stops to the junction of Cuesta Carlos V and the Plaza Zocodover at the North West corner of the Alcazar. The downhill walk back to the hotel from this area is no hardship, even after a big meal. There are plenty of bars/restaurants around Plaza Zocodover and nearby Plaza Magdalena, although the restaurants don’t start to open until about 20:00. A bit further along Cuesta Carlos V from the bus stop is where the tourist “train” runs from. This is a pleasant and informative 45mins trip around the city walls with stunning views of Toledo from the opposite side of the river. Parking, we have a large SUV (Jag F-Pace) and parking it was the main reason for choosing this hotel. It has its own garage for 15 euro a night. The entrance door is wide enough for any size car to get in or out, but the 10 or so parking bays inside are quite narrow. Getting into one when the surrounding bays are empty and can be driven into to help manoeuvring would be no problem either. However if the surrounding bays are taken, I imagine the bigger the car, the more awkward the necessary shuffling would be. In the end we didn’t need the garage because there are 8 or so on street parking bays directly outside the hotel, and we arrived about 15:00 and dropped lucky and got one. In fact the closer it got to 17:00, the more spaces became available. These bays are in the orange zone 1 area which means there is a charge to park between 10:00 x 14:00 and 17:00 x 21:00 on weekdays. It’s 3 euro for each 4 hour period. The parking meter is a bit complicated, but as best I remember it goes like this. Touch the screen to turn on. Then press the key with the flag icon on it. Select English. Select “general” ticket. Type in your car number and then pay. Display ticket in your windscreen. You can pay at any time but the ticket doesn’t start until the charge period. We paid 3 euro at 15:00, which covered us until 10:00 the following day, by which time we’d left. I imagine there are nicer hotels, in better locations, further up in the old town, but with a car there are only a couple of underground public car parks up there and some of the streets are very narrow. Staying at this hotel avoi
