The location is very good, only 10 minutes away from Sensoji Temple, the environment is clean and hygienic

best experience and stay with hotel. recommended! location was excellent . near to tourist spot area - sensoji temple. can just walk and strolling around . area was not so busy like shibuya and shinjuku. nice place to stay. check in check out was smooth. and ther also have luggae storage. train station was nearby. halal food was nearby. and convenience store also nearby. everything was perfect!

The room was clean, but it was disappointing that there was no view, but I asked for a room on a high floor and they accommodated so it was good. The Chinese breakfast menu, limited to 20 meals, was delicious. I also had beer during happy hour.

No kitchen available just hot water. No cold water either. They also play some ambient music in the bedrooms from 11am to 10pm which is a annoying. Not a terrible location but it will take an hour to get to shibuya or shinjuku area. Clean hotel.

I used Ueno Station Hostel Original 1 near Ueno Station while traveling to Tokyo, Japan last year. You can experience a Japanese hotel famous for its capsule hotel. There is a station right in front of it, so I recommend it to tourists who have to use public transportation. You can get off the subway late at night and enter the hostel safely. The inside of the hostel is really clean. You can see several employees cleaning up every morning. Discard them all and replace them with new pillows and blankets. I used the bathroom together but it was good to clean it up. I went on a trip in winter and walked around outside all day, so it was cold, but warm water came out of the bathroom, so it was good. There was a convenience store just downstairs, so when I was hungry at night, I could look back on my day of traveling by buying and eating food from the convenience store.

No false from the station ２ minutes. The facilities are new and clean, complete with air cleaners and no complaints. Providing a complimentary hotel car transfer to Tokyo station, while being escorted by another staff member who went the extra mile to purchase our tickets, carry our luggage to the platform, store our luggage on the train and brought us to our seats. Undoubtedly, this luxury at Aman Tokyo comes at a price. However, delivers the sought-after wow factor for which its rates command. After all, Tokyo is one of the most expensive cities in the world. From the grand lobby to the inviting pool and spacious rooms, the hotel impresses on many levels. Managing expectations is, however, key. It would be unrealistic to expect the usual Aman-type of service commonly associated with their other properties whose room counts are a lot smaller. While the initial mishap was regrettable, the subsequent personalized attention and meticulous service surpassed expectations for a city hotel with 80 rooms. Whether this was due to the initial mishap or reflective of their usual standards remains unknown, warranting another stay on my next visit to Tokyo.

The lobby is on the fourth floor, and there are capsule rooms on separate floors for men and women. The men's bathroom is on the eighth floor. There is a lounge after taking a shower. You can usually stay in the lounge until you go to bed and then go back to the capsule room. This hotel is excellent, location is very good, near many sights in Tokyo, staff are very nice, and really take consideration on our needs, will visit this hotel when we travel to Tokyo again.
