Services are very good, The hotel very clean and have a very good location near the metro and you can walk to Akihabara

It’s really good place and location, everything is cleaned, but…to be honest , it’s impossible to stay there because of air , it’s too much people for so small space, so I stayed for tree nights in 8-bed room : there is no any possibility to open window, conditioner is not enough for air so I had to stay in another one places two nights on three because of it …an also it’s a big confused for sharing bathroom area woman/man , think it should be separated. Sorry for my review but it’s important

Anshin Oyado capsule hotel or I should say capsule-tel, is the finest in it's form of hotel services and management. This breaks new ground for so many hostels around the world, especially in Southeast Asia that want to be on par with personalized and automated hotel services. Right from the checkin, patrons can store their belongings in lockers, changed into comfy wear, take a shower or dip in the pool, just to chillax! After that the patron can adjourn to the second floor to enjoy some snacks or food (depending whether it's breakfast or late dinner) or just enjoy a drink whether it's alcoholic or nonalcoholic, tea or coffee. Then patrons can read an extensive collection of anime comics, of course if one reads Japanese. And when it's said and done, the individual can retire to his capsule and just dream away. So what's provided? Toothbrush, toothpaste, 2 kinds of mouthwashes, many branfs of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Shavers, shaving cream, and varrious hair styling gel and cream are provided. Bathing and face towels, bathing rugto clean the body and hair dryers. That's only grooming needs. As for food, patrons can enjoy cooked meals, and soft drinks, liquors, cooffee, and tea. In the lounge area, patrons can also enjoy massaging chairs. In your capsule, there's a controllable light, a fan, and three types of USB chargers. My last words to those who want to stay there is, please follow the rules!

It's good to be near the station, but the sound of the trains and the voices of people coming out of the pub outside are very noisy. The walls are thin so you can hear voices from the next room. The shower room and toilet are clean. Animity is also available, although I don't know when. Bath towels and loungewear are also provided. Recommended for those who just need to sleep alone. You will receive a phone call 3 minutes before check-out time. Is there a former karaoke inside the hotel? That's what it feels like. The front area felt a little unclean.

Aman Tokyo sets a new standard for exceptional hard products. Despite a mishap on our first night when we returned from dinner to find our room uncleaned, the front desk manager promptly apologized and offered complimentary drinks. The head of housekeeping also personally apologized at breakfast and showered us with thoughtful gestures like a fruit platter and free laundry. Subsequently, our stay was faultless. Aman Tokyo also boasts stunning design and architecture and a strategic location near Otemachi station, Tokyo station, the Imperial Palace, and Ginza. Its awe-inspiring atrium leaves a lasting impression. The generously sized rooms, starting at 70 square meters, feature high ceilings throughout, with unforgettable views of the imperial gardens from the bed. Even the retractable TV showcases its thoughtful design, providing guests with an unobstructed view of the Tokyo skyline. The hotel's farewell was equally remarkable. Providing a complimentary hotel car transfer to Tokyo station, while being escorted by another staff member who went the extra mile to purchase our tickets, carry our luggage to the platform, store our luggage on the train and brought us to our seats. Undoubtedly, this luxury at Aman Tokyo comes at a price. However, delivers the sought-after wow factor for which its rates command. After all, Tokyo is one of the most expensive cities in the world. From the grand lobby to the inviting pool and spacious rooms, the hotel impresses on many levels. Managing expectations is, however, key. It would be unrealistic to expect the usual Aman-type of service commonly associated with their other properties whose room counts are a lot smaller. While the initial mishap was regrettable, the subsequent personalized attention and meticulous service surpassed expectations for a city hotel with 80 rooms. Whether this was due to the initial mishap or reflective of their usual standards remains unknown, warranting another stay on my next visit to Tokyo.

I used Ueno Station Hostel Original 1 near Ueno Station while traveling to Tokyo, Japan last year. You can experience a Japanese hotel famous for its capsule hotel. There is a station right in front of it, so I recommend it to tourists who have to use public transportation. You can get off the subway late at night and enter the hostel safely. The inside of the hostel is really clean. You can see several employees cleaning up every morning. Discard them all and replace them with new pillows and blankets. I used the bathroom together but it was good to clean it up. I went on a trip in winter and walked around outside all day, so it was cold, but warm water came out of the bathroom, so it was good. There was a convenience store just downstairs, so when I was hungry at night, I could look back on my day of traveling by buying and eating food from the convenience store.

It was really nice. There’s not that many hotels that serve a room for 3 people but here has it. I didn’t want a room with camp bed or folding bed. The additional bed was cosy here. The room was quite small for three people but we almost didn’t stay in the room and just came here for a sleep so it was fine. Two convenience stores are near to the hotel and it’s really close to the subway station Hanzomon so I thought it’s a perfect choice for the Tokyo trip. Plus next to the hotel there’s a quick soba restaurant maybe for the morning business man was cheap and the taste is also not bad. If you’re busy you can try it

I admit that the environment is very good. The environment of Japanese hotels is basically very good. However, this capsule hotel has too many rules. You need to take off your shoes when entering the store, check out at 10 o'clock after staying for two days, and you need a travel permit to go out at night. In addition, the locker for luggage is very small. Most of the people who stay here are Japanese. If you don't speak the language, it is really inconvenient because there are many rules. They explain and gesture to you every time you go out. It takes too much time for me. If it is your first time to Japan, I suggest you don't stay in this hotel. The Japanese are very friendly and can help me with any difficulties I encounter. This is very good and I can't experience it in China.

This hotel is excellent, location is very good, near many sights in Tokyo, staff are very nice, and really take consideration on our needs, will visit this hotel when we travel to Tokyo again.

Room is good size compare to other same price hotel in Tokyo. Three minute walk to the outlook tower. 15 minute walk to Shinjuku JR station. Shinjuku NS Building is also three minute walk. We stayed in this hotel for three nights. However the laundry room was locked for all 3 days in the main building, we have to walk to another building (in the heavy rains), otherwise it was a nice hotel , we will definitely come back for this price. Clean and friendly staff as well.
