The location is great! 24-hour restaurants are in walkable distance and the convenience store is just downstairs. We spent whole day outside and didn't try the food in the hotel tho. Everything is just right in here. Really comfy!!

Traveling alone, female, staying in basement dormitory, checking in around 10pm. [What I was curious about] ・Because it's underground? There is a sound. Is it the sound of a train? That's what I thought at first, so it must have sounded like a ton. If you listen closely, is it the sound of water running on the first floor? Is it the sound of the washer/dryer operating underground? I was surprised that I could hear the sound quite clearly at a high frequency. I slept, but... ・I didn't really understand the rules for using the foot wiping mat in the shower, so I wish they had made it clear. Maybe this is something new? So I took out the things that were hanging in each shower room for myself, but I didn't know where to put them after I finished using them. ・It's just a hit or miss, but I was assigned a bed on the second floor, but the girl (Asian, Japanese?) in the first bed had put her bag in front of the ladder that led up to the second step, so I was very considerate. I thought not. ・It's a bunk bed type, so when the younger child moved, the shaking was surprisingly felt at my place as well. ・It is designed to be separated by a curtain, but when I went up to the bunk bed, I could almost see the first bed through the folds of the curtain, so I would have hated it if I was on the first bunk. Maybe, I thought. ・The washrooms are unisex, so there were times when we were both a little careful. I've experienced separate floors for men and women in other dormitories, so I thought I wouldn't have to worry about it in a different dormitory. ・In the end, I didn't even know where the slippers were... [Good points] ・Free breakfast is definitely a good thing! Toast (several types of jam and butter? margarine?), soup, coffee, tea? , milk (maybe milk) is free. It was crowded until about 10 o'clock, and after that, a lot of people from overseas started coming out, so it seemed empty. ・I was also happy to be able to drink coffee and milk at night (I get the impression that other places have restrictions such as only being available in the morning) ・I liked the location. It's not far from the station, and when I walked to Tokyo Station, 80% of the route was along the Imperial Palace, so it was easy to walk and fun to walk. ・In addition to the free menu, there are various menus that you can pay for, so it might be good for cafe lovers! (I don't really look at the menu though) ・I thought that I could check out at 11am and have more options in the morning.

Very good value for money hotel next time if you have the opportunity to choose here, there is a family convenience store near the hotel, about five minutes walk from JR Waterway Bridge Station, a little longer walk from Toei Kanda Station, about 10 minutes, the traffic is very convenient, The hotel has a simple kitchenette and washing machine. It is very convenient to travel. You don’t need to bring too much clothes. You can wash clothes directly in the room. The room is very clean. The front desk staff is also very friendly. The only drawback is that if the luggage is a bit small, the luggage cannot be fully opened. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

It was the third time I came to Tokyo, but it is a very good hotel. The explanation when checking in and checking out at the front desk is polite and it is easy to talk because it responds with a smile. There is no social rhetoric feeling, and it responds well. There are various facilities, event venues, restaurants, dealers, etc. around, the station is relatively close and the movement is convenient, so it was convenient to move the base after staying. The room was clean and very easy to spend. It was a good hotel that I wanted to use again.

Great little hotel in Tokyo's Chiyoda district, quiet but with several great restaurants nearby. Tokyo Station is just two stops away on the subway. The furniture is elegant and understated, a bit like a Japanese garden. The pictures on the website are accurate to the real thing but do not convey the elegance here. The bathroom is incredible! The staff went out of their way to help. We were spoiled for choice during the rest of our trip to Japan. If you're looking for nightlife this isn't the place for you, but if you want the perfect hotel to come back to after a busy day of sightseeing, this is the place for you.

I booked A standard double room, it is small but good for a solo traveller. Great location accessible to many cities and attractions in Tokyo. If you have heavy luggage use exit A8/A9 with escalator -4mins walk to hotel. A7 exit is nearest to the hotel but no escalator or elevator -2 mins walk to hotel, you need to use stairs with yr heavy luggage. Hotel is sort of hidden in a lane if you did not pay attention you will miss it easily. Staff are friendly and helpful. For the price of breakfast you paid , please do not have high expectation. The assortment of bread 🥖 🥯 🍞is good enough with a free box of 🥗 and free flow of coffee ☕️ n 🫖. I explored a lot of attractions, eg hike mt Takao, shop in Asakusa , togoshi Ginza, visited Kita a tranquil shrine in yoyogi Koen within tokyo. Please leave me a message if you like my advise via trip.com.
