The subway station is nearby, the cleanliness is very good, the room has no smell, and the coffee in the self-service coffee bar is delicious. It's not too crowded for two people to live in a 29-inch suitcase and a 26-inch suitcase. Already recommended to friends to stay

The room was large and luxurious. It was a pity that the outside of the window was the next building, but the others are satisfied. Breakfast was also original and I enjoyed it. My wife likes the service of the bear on the Ikkyu diamond. I was grateful that I could choose red and white wine, and I opened one. It is the same everywhere at the subway station, but it is difficult to know where the hotel is located even though it is on the ground nearby. Once I knew the location, it was fine, but at first I was lost.

We have stayed in Aoyama Grand for a week and were extremely satisfied with our stay. The rooms were nice and the included mini bar was a great feature. The staff, even if not everyone was good in English, was extremely helpful and friendly. The location was very much convenient, with metro just 2 minutes away, a bakery in the same house and supermarket in just 20 meters. We haven't tried a restaurant which seems to be quite popular since it was every day crowded. We had breakfast only once and honestly speaking it was to expensive for what you get, but we are not a breakfast people anyway. The only negative thing I can mention is that there is absolutely no storage space in the room. No drawers and the wardrobe space in a bathroom very small. The room was big enough to provide the necessary space for storage, bathroom was huge. We wished the bathroom was half size but with enough drawers instead.We started our 4 weeks trip in this hotel and had 3 suitcases with us. We had no chance to pack out so living out of the suitcase for a week can be quite annoying. But, it would be fair to say, this is a problem with almost all hotels in Japan.

We chose this hotel for his quietness. The room was charming, cosy despite the sdb surface a little just The double bed near the floor was comfortable We did not miss anything: water, hair dryer, bath products, mini fridge, sweaters and microwaves were present We particularly appreciated the warm welcome, the sense of the team's hospitality, their attention and especially their investment when we had to contact Then we have been able to get our glasses back in the shop. The only bemol in my opinion is the DJP that would improve both in choice and quality This is the only point of improvement for this charming hotel

The hotel is very close to Ginza center and easy to arrive even in late night/early morning. The staffs are easy to communicate and friendly. The room is more spacious than I expected and the air-con / shower pressure all worked well. I’ll definitely recommend this place for solo travelers

I think the location of the hotel is a bit faraway from Tokyo JR Station. If you are travelling to Tokyo by JR, you may have to walk for almost 15mins with the luggage to the hotel. Otherwise, everything is quite good.

The hotel is located in a commercial area and very convenient to go to other place such as Shibuya and Asakusa. And there quite a lot of restaurants and convenience stores as well.

Very convenient location, friendly staff, comfortable abd quiet, thoughtfully designed rooms. Strangely, although my room was cleaned, the toilet wasn't on 2 days, seems like the room attendant didn't pay enough attention. Room 824, January 14-17.

Although the hotel space is really small, but their amenities bar (there is even complimentary bath soap) at L2 and convenience store right at L1 makes the trip so seamless and comfortable

Really glad to choose this hotel as the airport limousine service stopped right in front of the hotel which also means my return trip to the airport is as seamless. The staff is friendly and polite. You can also replenish your toiletries if U wish and is very convenient to go to shinbashi train station or Ginza station. Room size is ok for 2 pax (cannot go for 3 as there may not be space for luggage).Would not hesitate to stay again next time I visit Japan.
