Everything else was pretty good, the location is convenient, and the environment is clean. However, the showers and lockers are on a different floor from the sleeping pods, which is very inconvenient. The vending machine for toothbrushes and toiletries is also not on the same floor as the showers, resulting in a lot of running around between three different floors! It's very unreasonable! I suggest placing a toiletries vending machine on the shower floor! Also, please note on the booking page that toothbrushes are not provided!

How do I even begin? After I booked, the price dropped significantly. Forget about 'contractual integrity' – that's a joke! I paid over 300 for two nights, while someone else in the same room type paid just over 200 for three nights. The price difference is outrageous! This is the most frustrating experience I've ever had. We had the same beds, on the same floor, practically next to each other. They tried to tell me my bed was more expensive because it was slightly bigger – what a load of rubbish! When I booked, I specifically chose the cheapest option. Now, my price is more expensive than the priciest one! Stop making excuses! They only refunded me 60 bucks, I was fuming! On top of that, there were hairs on the bed. The cleanliness this time was really bad. The first time I stayed here, it was great.

Very clean and compact. There's a convenience store nearby. If your luggage doesn't fit inside, you can leave it outside. Luckily, my suitcase fit perfectly inside the capsule.
