I stayed here on the way back from a trip to Hakodate. It was conveniently located near the limousine bus stop from Haneda Airport. The newly renovated room was bright and white.

The hotel is 5 minutes away from Ikebukuro Station. There are restaurants everywhere and shopping is very convenient. The hotel is newly renovated and has a washer-dryer and microwave in the room. It's great.

The location is very good, about three minutes from Exit C6 of Ikebukuro Station, and there is an escalator at the exit, making it easy to get luggage on and off.
There are restaurants downstairs in the hotel, including eel rice, roasted pork, etc., but there is only one 7-11 nearby.
Due to construction work going on in the hotel, it was a bit dusty. The room can barely open two large suitcases, and there is a washing machine and microwave. However, after the air conditioner was turned on, the musty smell continued to appear, which was a bit unpleasant.
There is no roomkeeping service. Towels will be changed and garbage will be cleaned only after a sign is posted at the door. One day when I was getting ready to go out, it happened to be cleaning time. After giving towels, the waiter did not take away the used towels and clean up the garbage.
