It's too humid! The bathroom has no ventilation, and the whole room is damp after taking a shower! I have eczema. The facilities are many years old! The location is good, there is a subway station at the door.

The hotel is well located, very close to exit 5 of the Roppongi subway station. However, it is worth noting:
The room is very, very small for four people. Even more so with 2 children.
The breakfast is very different, even from another Japanese hotel we stayed at. The children barely ate anything. We also had trouble getting into the breakfast restaurant because we had been told at reception that children did not need a ticket.

Very good value for money. Service was good. Room has good size and clean. The shower curtains could be cleaner but was ok. Highly recommended.
