The hotel is good. The location is convenient. The room for one person is more than spacious, there is enough space. The breakfast is excellent, a buffet in Japanese style. There were no exotic dishes for an amateur. The staff is friendly, especially the cooks at breakfast. Every morning you can take a free Japanese newspaper to read. There are a couple of small minuses. There are not enough tables for breakfast for such a number of guests. The noise from the corridor in the room is clearly heard. But you can't hear people from neighboring rooms at all. In my opinion, in the middle price segment, this hotel is one of the best in Tokyo in terms of price-quality ratio.

Standard chain business hotel.

Good location, near the bus and the subway. The rooms are clean and you find everything in it. The most important, no smoking rooms, the bed size is EU tallness proven and comfortable. :D Only one improvement advice, to have more English manga books for foreign travellers.
