The environment is average, maybe it's an old house. But it is very convenient to go to Ikebukuro. And it's very quiet. The facilities are complete and the room is very clean. Very close to the subway, convenient for going out.

Pros: Great location, large room, elevator only goes to your room floor, good soundproofing, air purifier to remove oily fumes from clothes, self-service check-in is available late
Cons: toilet seat has problems and keeps falling off when sitting on it, limited breakfast buffet options, can't flush toilet when taking a shower or there will be no hot water

Very convenient, very close to Ikebukuro subway station, lots of food nearby, convenience stores, and a little bit bigger than other chain hotels. Very good, I will stay here again next time!
