The hotel location is good because it is about 10 minutes walk from Ueno Station. When you enter, the front desk is not in front, so you have to enter from the side, so be careful. If you want to leave your luggage, you can leave it there, and if you arrive late before check-in time, they will bring your luggage up to your room when the time comes. (Of course, there may be exceptions, so be careful!)
There are no amenities, and I stayed in a standard room (a typical room for 1-2 people), so it wasn't very spacious. The only things provided inside are a refrigerator, hair dryer, and charger. Amenities are basically shampoo, body wash, and conditioner in the bathroom. You can take as many toiletries as you want from the front desk on the first floor (free).
The price is also very cheap considering the price of hotels in Tokyo these days, and if you don't need anything else and want to stay in a regular hotel other than a capsule hotel and can't find a suitable place, I recommend this place too!
