The first thing that comes to mind is a VERY HARD mattress. It was the pain of the entire stay at the hotel.
The location is in a quiet area, if it weren't for the highway under the windows, you could really hear it, not even noise, but vibrations.
Also, the hotel doesn't have a laundry service, only as an overpriced service.
Otherwise, everything is great.

房間比較新很乾凈，誇獎一下前台服務真的很好，當時有個加油站扣款有問題，請前台幫忙打電話溝通，非常耐心幫忙解決問題，面積服務地理位置，在東京酒店真的性價比很高了

I've been back several times and this time I was a little disappointed with my room which was not very neat, I didn't like the floor (too noisy).
My father was too tired to apply for a change. But I know that the staff are extremely kind and have a sense of duty. The hotel is very clean in general and I enjoyed the breakfast. I will come back even without hesitation.

立地はとても良いと思います。
駅から近く、隅田川や国技館も目の前です。
ただ、スタッフさんの対応が値段には相応しくないと感じました。
HPで国技館、隅田川のビューで写真が隅田川ビューの部屋だったため予約しましたが、実際に部屋に行ってみると国技館ビューの部屋でした。疑問に感じフロントに電話すると、同じ部屋タイプでも国技館または隅田川ビューの2種類が存在する、リクエストになにも記載がなかったため国技館ビューの部屋となったと言われました。HPのビューを確認して予約したことを伝えると、隅田川ビューの部屋に空きがあるか確認してくださり、空きがあるので部屋を交換していただけました。
しかし、チェックイン時の対応やルームカードを交換するときの対応が、「カードこちらです」と新しいカードを出すだけであったり、こちらが顔を見て「ありがとうございます」と伝えても、スタッフの方はパソコンを見て無言であり悲しい気持ちになりました。
チェックアウトの際のスタッフの方は、最後まで顔を見て「いってらっしゃいませ」と対応してくださったため、スタッフの方によって接遇に差があると感じました。
立地やビューに振り切ったホテルだなという印象です。割といいお値段のホテルですが、また次も泊まろうという気にはなりませんでした。

周邊環境很好，酒店很安靜！離地鐵站不遠，兩國站5分鐘路程！酒店的服務員也很熱情，我們中間一天住其他地方服務員會主動問我們需不需要寄存行李，回來那天行李就幫我們放到重新入住的房間，很貼心！
