The service is terrible! I have never seen a hotel with such terrible service. The room is very very small. I booked the hotel closest to Tokyo Station at short notice. The reviews were pretty good, but I was so disappointed.
1. My English is very poor. I asked to change to a twin room and the price was OK. I confirmed it repeatedly and they said it was OK. When I got to the room, I found it was a king-size room.
