The location is very good. It takes only a few minutes to walk straight from the airport to the hotel. But the restaurant selection downstairs is also good. Small and exquisite, very close to T3, need to go through customs. There are two Villa Fountains, one Garden and one Premier. We went there around 9pm. There was a long queue to check in at Garden, and there was only our family at Premier.
Basically, you can check in with your own luggage. The rest of the hotel is prepared for you. The first round of mini bar is free, coffee machine, two sets of skin care product samples, rubber bands, hair bands, razors, etc. I feel that there will be a big psychological gap if I stay in other hotels again.
There is a 24-hour lawson downstairs of the hotel, and it is also convenient to eat.
The service is very good, enthusiastic and patient. The lady at the front desk gave the children a toiletry bag and slippers, and also gave them snacks when they left the hotel.

Very comfortable 1 night stay. Booked a night here as our flight arrived at 9.30pm. Our stay came with onsen tickets and breakfast. Service was excellent from all staff. There is nothing to fault for the room.
Stayed at sister hotel Grand last year and could really feel the difference. Do go for Premier if you dont mind paying more for more privacy, bigger room (especially shower).
