I had high expectations for this Okura Hotel but was even more disappointed. On the first day I checked in, I was woken up early in the morning by the room facing the construction site. (I didn’t notice it was dark when I checked in the night before.) After strongly requesting to change rooms, I was actually given a room change. There was a room full of paint smell, and a Japanese woman with short hair at the front desk looked unapologetic and had nothing to do with her.
