The room is not big but has all the facilities. It is not noisy even if you live on the third floor. The front desk service is very good and they also help to call taxis. The price is very cost-effective in that area. The hotel breakfast is not recommended.

Location is a little meh from the station(s) but it really is in the heart of Kabukicho (close to Shinjuku station, korea town). The hotel really surprised us - when we went to check-in, our stuff, that we had dropped off earlier that day, was waiting in our rooms for us (first time this has happened to me in Tokyo so that was really nice). 11am checkout. The room was spacious enough that my friend and I could completely open both of our luggages (M size). The bathroom was nice and the sink and shower had separate faucets.

The location is quite prosperous, and it is convenient to go to the subway station. However, the room is generally hygienic and the bed is dusty. In the end, I booked for two days and canceled the reservation for one day, but I was still very cooperative and completed the check-out.
