Very bad stay experience! It is really unbearable, I have to give a bad review! In order to facilitate travel and enjoy the journey, I specially booked a club suite, but from booking to check-in, neither Ctrip nor the hotel had any hint that there was a tomb next to the hotel. I can understand the different customs in different places, but at least give me a certain hint to ask if I mind if I give me a tomb view room! (Please see the picture for the view, room type mizu suite). After asking to change rooms, the other room I was given was very smelly, and the smell of sewer pipes filled the whole night. Because it was too late to return to the hotel, it was too much trouble to change rooms, so I had to solve it the next day. I endured dizziness and sore throat all night! The third room I stayed in the next day had a strong carpet dust smell, and the air conditioner was turned on and made an abnormal sound... This is what I spent nearly 10,000 RMB to endure in the past two days! Other objective comments, Hotel location: It seems to be in a central location, but it actually takes more than 10 minutes to walk to the nearest Tameike Sanwang subway station, and walk a long passage. It is no problem to take a taxi in and out. Room view: The hotel is next to an elevated road, surrounded by high-rise buildings, with no view at all, and the walking experience is not good. It is said that some rooms can see Tokyo Tower, but the suite I booked does not have it, only the window opposite. Looking down, there are many tombstones... Hotel facilities: There is an outdoor swimming pool, which cannot be used in winter, and there is no hot spring in the gym locker room. The club is not bad, just average, and the meals in the lounge are not bad. Hotel service: The only advantage is that most of the service staff are quite enthusiastic and actively solve the problems I encountered. However, this does not include the two ladies who checked in at the lounge on the 35th floor. They were very slow, poker face, and talked to me while standing, but they kneeled down to serve the white people who arrived at the same time to check in... In short, it is not recommended to choose this hotel. There are too many problems with their facilities! The overall experience has a great impact on the mood

The number of guests was noted during booking, and they were very considerate to add a bed in advance. It is suitable for family travel. The room is spacious and well designed, with many dining options nearby. The location is convenient for transportation.
