It was a clean and convenient accommodation without any unnecessary things.
I stayed on the 3rd floor, but I didn't have to carry my heavy luggage because there was a cargo lift, and there was a microwave at the entrance on the 1st floor, so it was good to use for simple meals or snacks.
There was a storage locker next to the stairs on the 1st floor, so I was able to use the necessary items whenever I needed them without any inconvenience, even though it was an unmanned check-in.
I met a staff member when I checked out, and he gave me water, so I drank it well for the rest of my trip. Thank you.
There are also three subway stations nearby, so it's convenient to go to other places.

The room is clean. Although there are not many facilities, it is suitable for family travel and has a high cost performance. It is not far from Shinjuku and it is convenient to take a bus to Mount Fuji.

Great hotel, we really liked it. Upon arrival we were met and helped to register. They told us everything, showed us. The room is clean, has its own shower, toilet, kettle and stove. Quite close to the metro. The area is quiet.

We have a considerable amount of luggage due to traveling with a baby. The property only features a small elevator for transporting bags. I would suggest it for young adults and backpackers, but it may not be suitable for families with children or elderly guests. Additionally, the walls are quite thin, so we could easily hear voices from the neighboring unit and movement from the unit above us.
