Just had the most amazing 10 nights at this amazing hotel. A true hidden gem in the Caribbean. The hotel is small but beautiful and spotlessly clean. The veiws are just stunning over looking the bay, Little Tobago and Goat Island. Hotel staff are so friendly, big shout out to Erica, Timothy, Kim and Tsian. Jason the head chef is just the best, the food was amazing nothing was to much trouble for him. The hotel managers came to chat to people everyday to check everything was ok. We did a few trips organised through the hotel. The rainforrest and Argyle waterfalls are definitely worth a trip. We did a couple boat trips with Randy who was amazing. Little Tobago was beautiful and on the way back Randy stopped so we could swim and snorkel. We also did a boat trip to the other side of the Island with him which was amazing. The infinity pool is small but one of the nicest pools i've ever been in Cocktals by Timothy were the best, he makes the best Pina Colada. I'd definitely give this hotel 10 out of 10. We will definitely be back.

Blue Waters Inn has achieved a fantastic balance in being friendly by nature with all the modern conveniences. I visited Tobago with friends to enjoy its spectacular North Coast drift diving and its uniquely Caribbean offerings, and we got everything we wanted. Reginald and Brenda MacLean have returned as a capable and passionate management team. They are now leading veteran staff members like Erica in the restaurant, Kim at the Bar, Jeanette in the Front Office, Jason in the Kitchen, and Fabian running all the errands ... along with staff who joined recently (all local) to create a magical vacation experience. The modern amenities of an infinity pool, wifi & streaming televisions, and upgraded rooms & bathrooms add a luxury softness to the beachfront setting, lapping waves day and night, delicious cuisine and rum punches. While birds abound within and around the property, it was the diving we went for, and Sean Robinson's Tobago Dive Experience was world class. He and his team of Lappy, Motley, and Cardo were absolutely flawless in checking equipment, keeping our dive group organized, and leading us in dives with varied topography, stunning marine life, and increasing levels of difficulty, so ALL in our group were entertained and challenged without being in danger (EVER). Every dive was different but consistently prepared and completed, allowing pick-up from and delivery back to the Blue Waters Inn jetty. Fantastic service! Yes, it's a long haul for US travelers ... something that tourism officials must address, but this destination is worth the journey! Drivers like Any Orr make the road less windy and a bit shorter, especially when stopping to sample the local watering hole along the way;) In all, our trip was a wonderful combination of beautiful scenery, simple Caribbean people, cold drinks and fresh fish, with hints of luxury and signature services. The hardest part was leaving ....

We had a wonderful experience at Blue Waters. It’s a fabulous location and although it is secluded you still get the chance to visit the island with organised trips with locals. Our guide was Andy and he did us proud taking us to some beautiful places including watching Humming Birds. We also did the glass bottom boat trip to little Tobago just across the bay which was lovely. Our room was very comfortable and clean with excellent AC. The restaurant served freshly cooked food and was extremely tasty. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful catering for my vegetarian diet. We also loved the fact that the birds were fed with sugar water feeds giving you the opportunity to watch them close up. Brenda the manager and her husband are truly lovely people and can’t do enough to make your stay the best. They are working very hard to bring this hotel from a 3 star to a 4 and we wish them lots of luck in their venture.

We had a wonderful week at Blue Waters Inn. We had a family reunion which was very special . Special thanks to the wonderful team at Blue Waters who ensured every detail was well looked after including our rooms, meals and the facilities. Special thanks to Mr & Mrs MacLean , Paul , Timothy at the bar and many others who made us all feel very welcome. The food was excellent. From Blue Waters we were able to do dive and fishing tours, excursions to Argyle water fall, Pirates bay etc.

One thing not really related if you get car sick prepare yourself cause the drive is about 1.5 hours from the airport/ ferry. However the views on the way are amazing. The beds were comfy and the staff managed our herd of 90 very well. Timothy the bartender was the best, ask him to fancy your drink up.

My partner and i have just today returbed from a week at Blue Waters and wow! What a fabulous week we had. Stunning location and fabulous staff who can't do enough for you. (This is the Carribean and things are done carefully but maybe not as quickly as you may expect) but always done with friendly, super loyal staff who like Erica have been there for many many years and a superb job they do for us. Carribean timings don't always work to exact! For example waiting for the bus or when ordering a taxi etc..they're often early but will always wait and not rush you.. they say 'we don't rush you, we want you to enjoy Tobago. Head Chef Jason is fabulous and interacts with us all. His food is great and hes always extremely friendly. Our group of gorgeous English friends we made this week staying there, we all made sure we all left 'thankyous' for All the staff to share as they were ALL so helpful and kind and became friends by the time we left yesterday! Our room veranda was right onto the beach and what a view to look at! The taxi drivers are fantastic, again can't do enough for you, Lindel and Andy Orr we had and both go above and beyond what's required.. they love their jobs and we took Andy Orr for lunch at Jemma's Kitchen in Speyside, woh! Superb and highly recommend, full of locals which is wonderful. We went to Hummingbird Haven in Bloody Bay in someone's garden and wow! Highly recommend. Superb with Andy Orr driving our car and another car full came too, with their driver, Norton. We all had a fabulous trip stopping off at many extra locations en route and seeing many types of birds all pointed out by Andy and he took us to see fabulous views etc and was so so helpful and knowledgeable. Yes some of the hotel needs some TLC but this is now being rectified and refurbished with the new maintenance manager busy Installing new things. Yes so.e handles could now be fixed to some drawers in the bedrooms! But this doesn't distract at all from the beauty all Around. Fabulous friends Tony/Rachel and Caroline/Malcolm and several others too including Liz and hubbie and Jackie and hubby. Highly recommend. Fiona and Marcus devon UK
