Hotels Near Shima-Akasaki Station in Toba

I used it when sightseeing in Toba and Ise. I think it was originally a members-only facility, but it was also open to non-members. It takes less than 30 minutes by bus from Toba Station (JR/Kintetsu), but due to the infrequent buses, I couldn't find the time, so I took a taxi. The room was a spacious twin room with a six-tatami Japanese-style room, and the changing/dressing sink, bathroom, and toilet were separate. The view from the window was good and we were able to spend a relaxing time. The next morning, I took the bus back to Toba Station.

Let me start by saying that the staff, particularly in the restaurant, had good English and we had no problems communicating generally, which I know has been mentioned in other reviews. We stayed in an Ocean Suite room for our engagement weekend, the view was amazing! Watching the sun rise over the sea was beautiful and the panorama of the islands and sea was so peaceful. The room was plush and the furniture felt relatively new. The bathrobes and pyjamas provided by the hotel during our stay were very comfortable, though something of a shame to not be able to go from room to onsen without outdoor clothes (other robes are provided at the onsen). I and my partner both have various food allergies or intolerances but the hotel has an exceptionally good way of managing allergies by asking you to submit a form beforehand. As a result of this, we were both able to have full, proper meals with no issues. For the breakfast buffet, we were given a sheet, in English, of all the dishes on service and all allergens. The food was excellent and the wine list was the best I have seen anywhere in Japan. There are regular shuttles from the hotel to station, and the reverse. However, these stop after a certain hour and the hotel is not easily walkable from the station. I am still not really sure how this would normally be done, I assume the hotel will pick you up if asked but we were not sure how to arrange (and originally thought from the map that it would be walkable). Honestly, I am looking forward to going back there - hopefully for an anniversary!

Still great! Stayed at this hotel 2 years ago before the world changed due to the pandemic and was lucky enough to stay in a Sakura room on the 8th floor at that time…so was hoping to stay there again! Unfortunately no such luck as the hotel was completely full (it seemed) with a lot of families and a coach party (not the best feeling as we move out of the pandemic!) The pluses: Free shuttle from the train station Welcome drinks in the lobby (1 alcoholic drink per person) Shampoo and body soap bar…if interested Fantastic selection and quality of the dinner and breakfast buffets Large baths which allow you to feel pretty isolated even when quite full. The minuses: The rooms on the 5/6/7th floors have seen better days….rooms near the hot spring baths on the 2/3 & 4th floors seems to be the best along with the Sakura rooms on the 8th floor. Pretty noisy from 7 am at the front of the hotel. Presence of groups at this time does not add to a feeling of safety. All in all…so glad that this hotel has survived the last year and a half! Would definitely stay again if I could get a good deal!

Seven hot springs that can be used all night including private baths (there are men and women, so it is possible to use six hot springs) ”Nanayu no Yu” is attractive and I will stay again. The travel support campaign following ”Mietoku” has just begun. 20% discount on accommodation fee and ２ 1000 yen coupon. There are ２ types of paper and electronics, and it is difficult to understand the handling store. When I chose paper because I was not good at smartphones, I decided to shop at Aeon next to ISE Inter. It seems that Mt. Fuji was seen continuously from the ”Dream Story” on the 10th floor of the hotel until this day. Diamond Fuji, which rises from the nearby Meotoiwa, seems to be able to worship during the summer solstice. Hotel １ Floor ”Sarasa Hiroshi” entered for the first time for breakfast this time. It's been a few times, but Futami has a strong rise and fall after a long history of visiting Kotama Shrine. It seems that the management has also changed here, but the result seems to be doing well. I thought I'd come again because it's just a good distance. There were Bibles and scriptures in the drawer, but this was' Kojiki '(the records of ancient matters) commented by tsuneyasu Takeda.

It is a hotel with a year-round, but the cleaning was firm and clean. Clothing deodorant spray, humidifier, washing hanger and iron can be borrowed on the front floor. The temperature and water pressure of hot water are also sufficient. Wi-Fi was also connected without problems. Breakfast is until 9 o'clock, but I think it's good to be a little early because there are few side dishes when I go. I want to repeat it if I come to ISE again in a good hotel with a fine care.

It was a last minute stay, but it was cheap and the parking was free. They guided me to the parking lot, and it was a trip to visit Ise Shrine. I'd like to use it again next time.

CONFORT HOTEL ISE Confort Hotel Ise is a 2-3 minute walk from Iseshi Station on the Uji Yamada Line. The facilities were really old, but they were kept clean and clean with the staff's hard work with luxury furnishings and construction and design. There is a hotel with dirty cheap things under the bed but it was cleaned properly. But there were many places where the facility seemed to be good if it was cleaned by a high pressure washing machine 々, but I think it is also a taste. The breakfast buffet is too acidic and I don't care to wear it. Recently, there are many places where you can make bean grinding machines, so I wonder if I can change them.

It was very helpful to use the shuttle service to the nearest station and to Parque Espana. I was especially impressed that they took the trouble to come back to pick me up from the nearest station, even though it was fully booked! There was a large public bath, and the breakfast was more delicious and had more items than I expected. There were no convenience stores around the inn, so I went shopping near the station before heading out, but there was a small shop inside the building. I would definitely like to travel there again, especially when I go to Parque Espana.

Having come to Ise to visit Ise Shrine, while I had to work online, I needed a good internet access and selected this hotel. The building is new and super clean overall. It should have been perfect if the internet access was good, though the location is a bit away from Ise Shrine and the Ise stations. Two reasons why I give just three stars. 1. The most important thing - Internet access! Terrible. Wifi keeps falling, and I need to reset the Wifi on mobile and the laptop. VPN is no way. Zoom didn't work, either. Just pathetic. With the third call with the front desk, I got a router, which never had a Wifi signal and was useless. I ended up bringing out my Rakuten pocket router, and it was able to make my day, whew!  I'm sure the hotel staff would help till I get the comfortable internet access. I tried but lost a patience after having called them three times (I was 7-minute late for my Zoom meeting, being hassled to get connected, that should be a good reason to take one star down, too).2. I wanted to use the big bathtub for a comfort from my long trip, but I got hesitated to pass through the front area and didn't go and use. The hotel allows the guests to wear Yukata and Tanzen to come to the bath, but I didn't want to. I don't get how the guests can be comfortable in Yukata in lobby. Even with my regular clothes, well, I couldn't imagine myself passing through the people at the front desk right after taking the bath... I've never seen a hotel with such a awful bathroom location, so one star down, definitely. お伊勢参りが目的で、でも仕事があるためこのホテルを予約しました。インターネットアクセスがマストなるも、結局使えず、セットアップに悪戦苦闘しただけ。ホテルのロケーションは町から離れており、インターネットアクセスの状態からして、結果として、このビジネスホテルにする必要はなかったです。
