The front desk took an hour to check us in and the lady at the front named Karen was very rude and unprofessional. We specifically reserved a king bed but hotel said that they don’t have a preference and have very few king beds. Miguel Angel Alvarez Badillo said he worked there only five months as a general manager and he only gave excuses for incompetent staff. He only offered us a drink and said that the hotel has nothing nearby and the closest thing was a mall 15 minutes drive away. Very bad service and hot water is impossible even after telling the front desk.

Hotel viejo, nada limpio, desperdician el agua, no salía agua caliente lo reportamos llego mantenimiento y solo abrió las llaves del grifo y regadera nos dijo que dejáramos tirar el agua de 10 a 20 min en lo que salía el agua caliente (que nunca salió), te cobran check in anticipado a pesar de tener habitaciones disponibles, llegamos a las 2 pm y nos cobraron media tarifa por que el check in según era a las 3 pm , te cobran el estacionamiento aparte. El personal en recepción no tiene idea de ventas ni de trato al cliente, la alberca sucia, el restaurante malísimo, el pan de caja duro como si fuera de días anteriores…. Evítalo y sobre todo eso de desperdiciar el agua está grave.

Buena ubicación, sin embargo algunas políticas no estoy de acuerdo, cómo en qué las habitaciones las limpian un día SI y un día NO argumentando políticas de sustentabilidad y el precio es el mismo por día limpien o no limpien la habitación, el personal de recepción, meseros y Bell Boy excelente. También en restaurante de acuerdo al Cocinero que esté en turno sirven los platillos aunque en el menú diga otra cosa por ejemplo, flautas de pollo un día sirven 3 con poco pollo y en el menú dice 4
