Avevo letto tante recensioni negative quindi ero restia a prenotare.. invece ho fatto benissimo perché ho trovato una stanza con bagno privato pulitissima con una posizione eccezionale quindi un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo! Che dire.. se tornassimo a Tivoli alloggeremo di nuovo qui!

It was advertised on your page as having free parking. Well, not only did no one show up to let us in the property, there was no information available about free parking.
So in all, we paid 30€ for parking. I want this to be refunded back to my credit card. Please advise how I should proceed.

Beliggenhed lige overfor Villa D'Este er fin. Flot udsigt ud over området

ATTENZIONE! appena preso possesso della camera, con disappunto abbiamo dovuto constatare che, diversamente da quanto prospettato, lasciato intendere o non detto: 1) la comoda reperibilità di parcheggio in zona striscia bianca è una pia illusione ed il reperirne uno entro le strisce blu è questione di tempo, pazienza e fortuna, tanto di tutto ciò; 2) la colazione non è servita in struttura, bensì bisogna recarsi a consumarla in un bar al di là della piazza adiacente; 3) camera e bagno erano veramente basic e di dimensioni striminzite; il bagno in particolare aveva certamente visti tempi migliori; 4)) dulcis in fundo la camera assegnataci era ubicata al terzo piano di un palazzo senza ascensore e con scale ripide: la comodità per chi come noi non è più giovanissimo e viaggia con molto bagaglio è una pura chimera. ci siamo sentiti presi per il naso…

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte , palazzo antico, camere ampie, personale gentilissimo ,ottima posizione nel centro di Tivoli e vicina a villa d'Este,bel panorama, PECCATO PER LA SCARSA PULIZIA. Consigliato , però dovrebbero fare attenzione alle pulizie

It is stated that this is a three stars hotel, but there is no lift (and you may need to climb to the third floor). The only free parking is if you take a side street and park there along the public road, otherwise you need to pay to park the car near the building. The area is dimly illuminated. There is no carpet in the bathroom. No bedside table. No carpet after showering. Furniture is poor. The accommodation is way below expectation. I would not recommend it for a price above 40 euros
