The location of the hotel is superb with an amazing view of Titisee Lake. Room and breakfast is also very nice. However, room keeping service is not up to standard. We stayed for five nights and only requested for room keeping twice during the whole stay. Despite neatly placed pillows and blankets, the bedsheets are still wrinkled with hair on it, making me wonder whether they change the beddings at all. Besides, facial tissue are not replaced at all even when it’s used up during our stay.

Service: English available
Facilities: The room has a balcony where you can smoke, and there is a spa downstairs. I saw nude swimming, so I had to bring my own swimsuit, which is sold in the surrounding stores.
Hygiene: tidy
Summer and winter should be the best times, and the lake often fogs up in October.

Buchung über das Maritim-Onlineportal mit telefonischer Feinjustierung vor Anreise führte zu dem perfekten Zimmer in Wunschlage. Check-in schnell und unkompliziert, alles vorbereitet, das Zimmer für meine Bedürfnisse optimal und geräumig für eine Person, mit Balkon und Seesicht. Alles sauber und gepflegt/gewartet, mit etlichen cleveren Detaillösungen (Kofferablage, Arretierung Balkontür, Dusche aus der noch Wasser kommt, nicht nur ein Rinnsal/Tröpfchen wie heute leider zu oft üblich,...). Das Hotel liegt direkt am See, am Rande des Zentrums und am Ende der Fußgängerzone, ruhig und ohne Verkehr. Die Bar ein schöner Ort, anstrengende Tage bei Seesicht ausklingen zu lassen, bei gutem Angebot und bestem Service. Das Restaurant habe ich wegen anderweitiger Verpflichtungen nicht genutzt, dort wird auch das Frühstück angeboten - sehr umfangreiche Kalt- und Warmspeisen-Auswahl, Wünsche wie z. B. spezielle Eierspeisen werden prompt erledigt, und das alles auch bei Seesicht. Insgesamt bin ich mit der gesamten Abwicklung sowie dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden, was bei einem Tourismus-Hotspot wie Titisee nicht unbedingt selbstverständlich sein muss, kenne von anderen Orten vor allem in Südeuropa auch absolute Negativbeispiele...

Das Hotel erinnerte mich gleich an einem Massentourismushotel in Egypten :) … gut aber wenig inspirierend oder gemütlich. Das Zimmer ist schön, das Bett ist gut. Ein Kärtchen neben der Minibar wo drauf steht „minibar mal anders ; sie können Getränke aus dem Automat im Keller holen“ … ist einfach in meinen Augen keine Minibar. Genauso wie ein Kärtchen im Bad wo draufsteht daß man viele Annehmlichkeiten an der Rezeption holen kann … kann man machen muß man aber nicht. Einige weitere Gebote und Verbote findet man an vielen Stellen im Hotel ;). Das Personal ist freundlich jedoch gerne korrigierend was man selbst machen soll. Um doch mit eine gute Note zu enden: es wird ein sehr leckeres und sehr variiertes Frühstücksbuffet angeboten!

Tolles und freundliches Hotel. Unser Zimmer war zwar klein aber sauber und mit wunderbarem Seeblick. Auch das Morgenbuffet war sehr gross und gut. Die Hotelbar mit angenehmem Ambiete ist bequem eingerichtet. Dabei dauerte allerdings der Service in der Lounge manchmal ein wenig länger. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.
