The experience this time was disappointing. We had booked a 4-bedroom accommodation but were provided with a 3-bedroom one instead. The room condition was subpar, with broken tiles and dirty walls, indicating a lack of proper maintenance. Overall, the property no longer seems to justify its room charges in terms of quality.

I stayed at springs hotel during my visit to tirupati and found the experience to be decent overall. The location is convenient, especially for those visiting the temple, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The staff were polite and helpful, but the service could have been more prompt. The food at the in-house restaurant was satisfactory, though the menu options felt limited. However, there were some areas for improvement, particularly in the bathroom facilities and the overall upkeep of certain amenities. While the hotel is good for a short stay, there is room for enhancement in terms of service quality and attention to detail. Overall, an average experience.
